"Right centrally located, cool industrial design. Rooms are properly with good beds. In the bathroom lacked paper clothes, the shower was clean, a dead spine on the roof could have been removed. Hand clothes of good quality. Breakfast rich and the lady from breakfast service friendly, careful and helpful. If you had also wished to check out: The staff seemed sleepy and confused and didn't ask if we had ever breakfast. Whether we were satisfied, did not interest and a good trip he didn't want us either."

"I intended to stay for consecutive nights but accidentally made two separate bookings. Fortunately, the staff handled the situation very professionally and allowed me to stay in the same room, which I greatly appreciated.
However, the room was not cleaned at all between the two stays. There were no fresh towels, the glasses and trash remained untouched, and only the bed had been made. To my surprise, I even found a cleaning rag under the desk. Given the condition of the room, I regretted not checking out and checking in again.
It was disappointing, especially since the staff service had been excellent."

"The facilities are a bit old, but the room is clean and hygienic. It's not too small. There is a MC next to it, so it's very convenient for breakfast. Overall it's OK. It's worth the price. Very good experience"

"The hotel seems to be run by Muslims, and there is a strange smell as soon as you enter; there is its own dedicated parking lot, which is more convenient for self-driving. The receptionist is a man, the efficiency is low, the service is not flexible...others have not experienced any service..."

"Hotel location is very convenient for the central shopping area of Offenbach (Marktplatz). The walk to the centre passes by a small park (Martin Luther) which offers a small lake hosting a number of different types of birds.
Hotel rooms are spacious with large tv and spotless daily room service. Reception is courteous and helpful. Some rooms overlook a quiet grassed courtyard with a fountain in the middle.
Summarising, an excellent hotel for a short stay."

"Was already dirty and the cleaning would have been best for us to be out of the morning, although we had a lot of time yet.
Service was, honestly, not available, I felt like I could be happy at all to be able to sleep somewhere."

GGuest UserNot bad. The breakfast is very rich and there are many things to choose from. The double bed has a partition. It is about 30 euros by taxi from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The surrounding area is quiet. Behind it is the Main River.

RRoulierouThe king-size bed suite is not too big, but the price/performance ratio is OK.
When I checked in, the hotel gave me a standard room because I needed two single beds. This was quite funny. It might be that there was a deviation between the Ctrip specialist's statement and the hotel's understanding, and it was finally resolved.
The fresh air system in the room is not working, the bathroom has no exhaust function, and the window cannot be opened. So the room smells very rich after dining.
Advantages: convenient transportation, many supermarkets nearby, cheap price, simple kitchen
Disadvantages: The sanitation is not cleaned every day, and the breakfast is simple

TTimosha一出s Bahn 就係酒店，非常方便，因為係早機到法蘭克福，所以先去寄存行李，reception好好人話可以幫我地提早check in.，大概12點後咁，但其實我係放低行李去玩，但佢咁主動提出可以幫我地提早check in,好helpful.
酒店環境方便，全部設施都好新，冇試到酒店嘅早餐，但酒店附近都有好多野食，好方便
酒店附近治安都好好，夜啲反都唔驚

GGuest UserThe room is a bit small, but the location is good, the door is the subway and bus, easy access, very convenient to Frankfurt, the surrounding environment is also very comfortable and quiet. The facilities are a bit old and the price is not high.

GGuest UserThe rooms are clean, spacious, with different towels and hair drying fans, TV. The coffee machine is in the recreation area at the entrance. One ”but,” in the morning hot water from 8 a.m.(I don't know what it was, before it was) and no one to turn to. Near McDonald's, Aldi, Rossman, other shops at the distance you can reach. Also not far there are small restaurants, bars. There are parking spaces around the hotel. Overall a good hotel. From one ”procola” I think it is not worth writing a negative review.
