Just got back from a stay in the hotel at the weekend. On arrival there are plenty of parking spaces (you put your registration in and pay to park). The train station is literally just over the road. The train lines go past the hotel but it was relatively quiet as they travel at low speed in and out of the station. The breakfast was great value lots of options. The staff friendly. The room clean and the bathroom has the refillable shower gel and hand wash which is great for the environment as to not waste the little plastic bottles. Easy route to walk down to the town centre where there are shops etc and the stadium is to the left. If back in the area would happily stay here again.

We parked at the Premier Inn Hotel in Wrexham to attend a concert as part of husbands 60th present. But we are also members of Wrexham AFC and are on their social media groups so I'll share on there too. They have a lot of international visitors who stay there who I'd hate to get caught out. Premier Inn advertise paid parking - I think they advertise £7 for 24hrs . But if you are resident they give you a promo code on check in for discount (it's very near football ground so anyone can park there) hence I thought it was cheap but thought was discount from Hotel. Used the machine inside Hotel. Selected leave time for late morning on the 15/03 but we left 09:44. I think the pay system may be deliberately set up to trick you to default to midnight same day and not 24hrs hence the fine letters says 00:00. I also have a payment receipt screenshot from the machine and confirmation email. So a very expensive mistake staying here that I wouldn't chance again. I know the hotel would say its managed by a private firm but its presumably the hotels land and they partnered with the private firm.

This is an absolutely fantastic hotel within in stone’s throw of Wrexham stadium. I cannot fault the staff and the welcome I received. The breakfast was delicious and I wish I could go again just for the that! Car parking was so easy and the area felt safe. The room was very comfortable and I slept like a dream!

I've been using Premier Inn Wrexham City Centre for years for myself and children, since it first opened, as a base to visit family still living in the area, having moved away from Wrexham 30+ years ago. Without fail staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and the food good. My most recent stays were on my own whilst my father was in the local hospital. The staff were very helpful in rebooking and reallocating the same room on an ad-hoc basis, which was dependent on my father's condition. When I explained my reasons for staying staff were very thoughtful in allocating an especially quiet room so that I may sleep well in the day when I'd been at the hospital all night. Sadly, my father passed away during one of my stays but Lynne G, Nathalie, & Jade - to name just a few - were there to comfort me with very much appreciated hugs, sympathy and even a lovely card and bouquet. When I returned again to arrange the funeral they were just as kind and helped by sharing their own experiences. I don't usually write reviews for anything, good or bad, but the level of customer service went well above & beyond expectations. The staff will always hold a special place in my memory for the warmth and compassion they showed at such a hard time in my life.

The overall experience was very good. The Staff are amazing, the major drawback for me was Breakfast as I have to watch what I eat and at£8:99 for a bowl of cereal and two quasonts that's a bit steep. Apart from that I highly recommend Premier Inn.

Welcome was great, let me leave my bags as the early check in wasn’t available. Room: Room was plenty big enough, however stale smell was present , probably due to not being able to open windows The air con system was pathetic, set it to 30 as it was cold, constantly blew out cold air which in turn made the room and myself cold Bathroom: Was decent enough, but needs a good clean , hairs in bath and sink on arrivals. The towel I had , had also seen better days. The room over all for £130 a night , was not up to spec , and needs a revamp for sure Bar/ restaurant: Typical prices for a premier inn ,evening food was good at best , however breakfast was great with plenty of choice of hot and cold options Staff : The staff were excellent , attentive, friendly and hardworking, considering they man reception the bar and restaurant at the same time I feel the hotel lets them down Location: Location was perfect , right opposite the train station , you couldn’t hear the trains which is always good and a short walk to food places , bars and the football ground Overall a decent stay, but need a revamp in my opinion
