Hotel was very nice and very good atmosphere. Also our room was fantastic and felt like a comfortable apartment. Hotel bar was fantastic and also for kids many things to do like pool bar, chess or playing cards on the table. Wellness and swimming pool was very nice.

The service and staff hospitality was second to none. Food was very good and it must be the best outdoor winter pool in the Alps. The wellness centre made for a relaxing end to a days skiing and the apres ski cakes were a nice touch. Beds were extremely comfortable.

We made a last-minute booking as we were driving from Lucerne to Salzburg and wanted to break up the journey. This hotel was such a gem, and the service friendly with great attention to detail, that we extended to stay a second night as well (delaying our onward journey). The food was fantastic with a large selection and good prices, and the outdoor pool with mountain views was a wonderful place to relax. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

We booked a family room with four beds for our family of four, expecting a comfortable stay at Posthotel Kassl. Upon check-in, however, we were informed that we had to pay an additional €85 per child, on top of the already hefty €400 per night. We were outraged by this hidden cost and the hotel's non-caring attitude was disgraceful. From what I have read in other reviews, this hotel has a real attitude problem. Our refusal to pay the extra charges was met with indifference, despite the hotel appearing very empty. They must be doing very well to treat potential guests so poorly. To make matters worse, the hotel seemed outdated and old. Although it was a hassle to rebook with two tired children in tow, we were ultimately happy to find a much better alternative in Sölden, where we could immediately visit the James Bond 007 Elements. Avoid Posthotel Kassl if you can.

More than a hotel ! I've been going there for 17 years and never get tired of it .The best breakfast buffet I've ver seen, the cooking excellent, The bar is stunning ....the Haid family is a bit like mine .Thanks again ,see you next year. Jean Paul

Beautiful hotel though points for improvement are the early check-out time and the attitude of some staff and attention The rude communications about leaving the room I booked for a birthday celebration without communications about an end time from the staff almost destroyed the party (the women stepped in shouting: leave now, or I will call the director, so I urged her to bring the director, who agreed to let us continue and then continue upstairs- communication is everything!). Besides, the dinner was done in a haste (excuse-we are stressed); the salat buffet was almost empty and no choice of dessert (the waiter: we will give you a dessert, no choice-again very rude). For the price and high expectations this left a bad taste, while some other staff were really helpful and nice. It can be done much better!

I can't recommend this hotel enough. The staff & service were outstanding. I stayed here with my children & we all loved it! Family owned & ran hotel with a real personal touch. The food was great, as were all restaurant staff. Indoor/outdoor pools were well maintained.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Wonderfully appointed, traditionally decorated and spotlessly clean. Wonderful food each evening and at breakfast and the spa was a delight. The stand out, however, is the staff. So warm and friendly especially the fabulous Franz-Joseph who took care of us each evening at dinner. Utterly charming and attentive with the whole family. Thank you to all. We will be back and a highly recommended to anyone looking to stay in the area.
