If I could give 0 stars I definitely would! We were there for Christmas dinner on December 24th (Christmas Eve). At first we were surprised that we weren't asked for our vaccination certificates or a current test. We then opted for a 3-course meal. The disaster began when the starter was served before drinks or the greeting from the kitchen. While we were eating, which tasted out of all proportion to the price and the 4 S stars, the rolls aka the greeting from the kitchen were served on a baking tray. Without butter or creams, of course. Just a dry roll. Unfortunately, we had to send back part of the main course, which came immediately after the starter, because the dishes were cold and the edges of the plates were very dirty. The chef is probably not familiar with the seasoning "salt". Medium-rare in this house probably means completely dry and well-done. Unfortunately, a discreet complaint (outside the restaurant to the restaurant manager) had no effect or efforts to improve the situation. The dessert came immediately after the main course, without dessert spoons. These had to be reordered. Meanwhile, the waiters were very busy with private, apparently amusing conversations and sometimes arguments. At a volume that was practically impossible for the guests to ignore. As an apology for this failed Christmas Eve, we were offered an espresso or a watery Aperol Spritz. However, the espresso was first served to the table next to us, who had just ordered the starter. In the end, we were charged the full price of the menu and as an apology, the bottle of wine only cost €41 instead of €82. Unfortunately, locals only told us afterwards that this restaurant is completely avoided by locals. In our experience, this is completely understandable. With this review, we hope to save others from a similar disappointment.
