Good pace to stay in

Good for solo travellers

The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are new, the location is far from the city, the front desk lacks service staff to respond in time, the breakfast is monotonous, it would be better if there were more service front desk staff

A very new hotel with very good service and comprehensive facilities. I stayed here for half a month!

Having booked and paid on the trip, at the hotel they insisted that the stay was not paid for, which was obviously not true. I didn't like the receptionist's service.

I had a confirmed booking and about 10pm the booking was cancelled. I only got an email, tried to call and nobody answered. I wasn't given a reason for the cancellation and had to look for a hotel at midnight. Also, the booking was made via the hotel's website and not some third party website.

Room is good, breakfast is okay, nice area and service was really good thanks to Frederico and Marco for always being there and very helpful. The area is next to a really great park and if you work through you'll will find the Oeiras shopping mall. Lots of shops and eating opportunities

I don't recommend bathrooms that are very dirty, like the windows and glass, the air conditioning didn't work, twice they opened the room door without asking permission and without even knocking the door I don't recommend it at all

Clean and very new room, but if your idea is like ours and is to look for a pet-friendly hotel, I didn't like anything that says that “supplements may be charged” send a message to the hotel saying that you have two toy poodles, to which I had no response none, and after going up to the room and checking in, they tell me that they need to talk to me, that they charge me €20 per night with these two dogs, I understand that they charge an additional fee for them, but be clear about ** ********* and put the real price, since it is not the same to bring two toy poodles weighing 3kg each, which do not shed because of their breed, than a chowchow like the one I saw at the reception, or a German shepherd who if they have to have an extra cleaning because of the hair issue, I would not return for this issue, since in the end the price came out to me as a hotel in the heart of Lisbon with the same characteristics.
