"The hotel airport is very close, the room is very clean, the male receptionist at the front desk is very patient and enthusiastic. I specially arrived at the store in advance to receive us, and helped us mention the room with the suitcase, and called us to drop off at 5 o'clock in the morning. The driver also came in advance. Thank you very much."

Un immense merci à Sylvie, la réceptionniste de l’hôtel Première Classe Tarbes, pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. J'avais réservé une chambre simple, mais elle a eu la délicatesse et la générosité de m’installer gracieusement dans une chambre plus spacieuse. Un geste qui m’a vraiment touché. Ce genre d’attention est rare et mérite d’être souligné. Je rajouterai que les chambres sont en très mauvais état , draps déchirés dans ma chambre.Toutefois ce n'est pas la faute du staff... A suive."
