The rooms and public spaces were clean and well-equipped, the stuff super kind and helpful. They spoke well English, Romanian and Hungarian too. The only weak part was the restaurant. We had to wait a lot (1h+) and there was no vegetarian/vegan option for the main course. So if you are on a special diet or in rush, it is not ideal. But for those who love traditional székely food and don't mind waiting, it is worth trying (the restaurant is available for anyone, you don't have to be a hotel guest).
