The location boasts stunning greenery, while the rooms are impeccable. The hotel staff are courteous, with special mention to Prabhashini from housekeeping who consistently goes above and beyond. The restaurant offers a delightful variety of dishes for breakfast and dinner, thanks to the talented kitchen chefs and restaurant team. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience staying here.

Restaurant ambience and hygiene were very well…the staff was very friendly especially Prabhasini & Pankaj were very helpful… food quality & Taste were felt us like they were home made..and the varieties they choose to make at buffet very amazing…. Thank you so much

Very Disappointing Stay at Ginger Bhubaneswar I had a very bad experience during my stay at Ginger Bhubaneswar. The room was in poor condition — it felt more like a rundown lodge than a proper hotel. It was not up to the standards expected from a reputed hotel chain. The cleanliness, maintenance, and overall ambiance were severely lacking. I do not recommend this hotel and will definitely not be staying here again.

Great hotel, great food, great service, except that they entertained aggressive customers out-of-turn, wasting the time of polite customers like me waiting in a queue. Management should put up a sign for customers to approach in a queue. This is the first lesson taught in any school, but so-called educated Indians haven't learned it yet.

It was a great experience staying here. All the services were excellent and well-organized. Dibya and Dipak went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay — their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out. The staff was courteous, responsive, and always willing to help with a smile. The ambiance was peaceful and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making my stay so smooth and enjoyable. Looking forward to visiting again!
