房間都很寬敞，温度適宜，安靜，服務員態度很好。每天需要要免費水，服務員第一次來送水洗臉沒聽到敲門，留在門外四瓶礦泉水，前台打電話説沒敲開門，又派服務員來送兩瓶😂。酒店出門往右手邊走，大樓側面地下塔吉克人的餐廳不錯！

Not impressive … not expected this .. 4 star hotel.. allocated room was not working … receptionist vlaadimin was so aggressive and mentioned ‘this is Russia’ and shut your mouth’ which was not at all acceptable.. they need to improve customer service for sure.. breakfast was good, Dimitri at reception and the waiter at breakfast were good… but hotel management have to work on improving customer service for sure

The stay was excellent. The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and always reachable. I've combined business with relax. Breakfast is very tasty. The room is comfortable . I'll come back soon.

Были всей семьёй ,муж и дети в восторге.Номер просторный,,светлый детям было где разгуляться)отдельно хочу отметить очень приятный обслуживающий персонал,да и в целом вид из окна,обслуживание,всё чистенько опрятно,в общем от отеля остались самые хорошие и позитивные впечатления.
