Odesa Prymors'kyi district 4-star Hotels

It is my fifth stay this year in this charming hotel. What attracted me first was it’s Location , but I come back for the good quality and service . The beautiful city of Odessa has few main quarters but after visiting the entire city it is clear that the best part of the city is the Old Center next to the Opera and to the famous park and boulevard . This area is crowded with restaurants cafes shops bars and small hotels .I have seen most of them and Hotel Mozart has the best location and offers best value for money. The rooms are designed jin traditional classic Odessa style, with very comfortable Bed and mattress . The bathroom has all amenities with excellent shower. They have daily room service and exchange of towels and bedding . Nice restaurant with beautiful outdoor garden and tasty breakfast. All is very clean and well maintained with 24/7 live security. They have reserved parking In front of the hotel and it has very easy access everywhere . The new excellent General manager Denys Nikita is managing the hotel on top standard , that all works very well with very kind service on every level of the staff. The reception managers Oksana, Victoria and Elena are very kind and helpful . I fully recommend this hotel for authentic Odessa experience for business and leisure

When I wanted to check in -I was told that the booking was cancelled and I was shocked at hearing that as I did not cancel the booking. I have looked at my bank account and did not see any refunds when the booking is cancelled. When I asked them who cancelled my booking-there was no answer and after making many called to the booking company it became clear that my booking is not cancelled but this was 30-40 minutes later and I had to wait with my suitcases in the lobby. This experience was not good-pretty unnerving.

Upgraded the rooftop room on the top floor, the scenery of the military port city is unobstructed, the night view, the sunrise is beautiful.

wonderful service, room well appointed. breakfast was hearty. if I had to have a complaint, it would be that the breakfast hall is really a bit cramped, but that is a minor quibble

we stayed at the hotel for five nights the service was excellent the staff courteous and the hotel atmosphere felt like home on any question or problem were very accommodating the place best location central and easy to reach all the sites within a fifteen minute walk from every delicious good breakfast Special thanks to Yana who handled the reservation from the first minute and we chatted at the Wetsap before we arrived

The Frapolli isn't a great hotel but it's pretty good and for the price it is an excellent value. The hotel was clean, inexpensive, and service personnel were extremely nice and willing to help. I stayed in one of the suites, I think the nicest one, and it was fine. It was large, with a balcony overlooking Deribasovskaya street. Even though it was winter it was fun sitting on the balcony and people watching. The negatives about the room were that furniture was somewhat sp**** and seemingly chosen at random. The bed covering was approaching threadbare status. That said, I would stay again. While not luxurious, the room was clean, the people were nice, and the location of the hotel is ideal. Breakfast and the lobby bar were both enjoyable.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome. The room was wonderful and clean. Great location, If I come to Odessa another time, I like to stay here again.

Absolutely terrible experience. Incompetent worker charged me WAY more than it should have to, the check I received didn't make ANY logical sense whatsoever, to say the least, as he made the bill up randomly and nonchalantly by calculating things in a way that was utterly unfavorable for me as a client, including charging me for things I didn't order or manipulate the order in a way that doubles the price of every ingredient. To add insult to injury, and to his unprofessional behavior, his individual person-to-person attitude was reprehensibly rude, unpleasant, and inappropriate. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he wasted 15 minutes of my time, only to come up with another bill that is MORE expensive!!!! How ridicilous is that? Lying deceitfully and acting arrogantly, this worker is responsible for me never visit again at Frapoli, not with this attitude. Lastly, I would like to emphasize its inability to control his emotions when client tells him the truth, and his unwillingness to bear responsibility for his mistakes, among his inappropriate behaviors I would mention facial expressions exhibiting neglicence and carelessness, rude and impolite tonality, aggressiveness towards clients, playing psycholgical warfare with your mind and let you wait only to give you more a expensive bill. This behavior is unacceptable, and was instantaneously reported to the manager. I hope some justice will be brought and someone will put this worker in its place. Disguating behavior, really. Luckily, his manager was more polite, logical and professional, and provided me with a proper bill after much sweat blood and tears, so to say, of unnecessary negotiation

The location of the hotel is super good, very close to the sea, next to a large shopping mall. The most important thing is that this is a hotel famous for its spa, you must feel it here
