Nice place to stay and great breakfast

The room stunk like old cigarettes and dirty smell. Bedspread had cigarette burns. The only lounge chair was really disgusting dirty. I had to throw towels over it so I could sit comfortably. Sink plumbing fell off like it was corroded. Coffee pot didn’t work when I asked for another they brought me a dirty one like if he just pulled from storage. Needless to say I didn’t use it. I won’t be staying there anytime soon.

While it is located in a safe area, the amenities are limited, not enough bathroom supplies provided, lights did not work in the room. Old facility.

I ordered towels to be deliverer two days in a row, and I never received them. On the second day, I searched for housekeeping to get them myself. There was a dead cockroach on the floor near my bed, and waiting for the water in the shower to warm up took more than 10 minutes. If you need cheap, fast, and somewhere just to sleep, then this could be perfect, but I won’t be staying here again.

I stayed at the Ramada in Odessa, TX off Business 20 and was very disappointed with the condition of the room. The overall appearance was extremely worn, with multiple nail holes in the walls and visible stains on the ceiling. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the room lacked a clean, fresh feel. Even after being moved to a different room, the sheets still had stains, which was concerning. I also saw several roaches during my stay. Everything felt grimy and poorly maintained. Had it not been so late after a long day of travel, I would have left and found another hotel.

The staff, especially Alex at the front desk, were incredible. I cannot express how friendly everyone was. They constantly went above and beyond for the guests while we were there. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I rated the condition in the middle because it’s an older building that needs some upgrades but they were actively working on the remodel and if you’re planning on staying here by summer 2025 then it will probably be done by then. If you’re coming sooner then you may encounter some remodeling work and not all the facilities finished. The pool was down while we were there but they have a putt putt corse for free in the atrium, I really hope that stays because it was super fun. Overall this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again.
