I stayed in early June. Unfortunately it rained and forecast asked for more rain. My reservation was for 5 nights. After 2 nights I asked to shorten my reservation no need to pay a premium for beach resort when there is rain. Front desk told me I would get refund for the 3 nights I did not stay. Over a month ago still no refund.

Hotel is really nice, rooms are comfortable and clean. But terrible restaurant. İf you order something you have to wait 45 minutes and you are the only guest. And food is so bad. When I complained to reception they just looked . But near the hotel has a good restaurant. Breakfast was good.

Our recent stay at Maristella was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nicely appointed and the facilities were clean and modern. The view was spectacular! A few things not making the grade were: the lift was not functioning - very disappointing as my wife and I have serious knee problems. The A/C was not functioning correctly - it worked but did not cool the room. I think the refrigerator was installed incorrectly - maybe the door was not working properly. Some of this may have been due to the ongoing renovations. For American guests maybe a warning....we had a difficult time with our bank cards. We brought 5 different ones but none worked so we had to go into town to get a lot of cash to pay our bill. The staff was very generous and nice and patient with us though! We would definitely come back if the lift is in proper working condition.

Дизайн в стиле "дорого-богато" - золото, портрет абрамовича и рэперов, бирюза и фуксия. Неуютно и странно. Номер был ужасно холодный. В нем была запертая на ключ дверь на балкон (сказали, это не для нас балкон), но из нее дул скврознячище вполне себе на нас. Выдали обогреватель, кондей не работал. Чайной станции нет, по запросу дали грязный чайник. Но кровати удобные, белье чистое. Ресторан (как и вся территория) заставляет почувствовать, что попал не в сезон. Глянули на скудное меню и уехали есть в город. Завтраки так себе. Прям совсем без изысков. Пляж не интересовал. А если бы интересовал, то разочаровал бы. Какие-то фанерные городули с прибитым зеленым ковром, пародирующим траву. Где-то на ветру развеваются обрывки клеенки. Стоит брошенное после пляжного сезона торговое оборудование. Возможно, в сезон там гораздо приятнее. Но в октябре отель навеял какие-то постапокалиптические впечатления.

Обедали в ресторане, все понравилось, еда обслуживание!дозаказали еще еду на вынос, посчитали 2 бокса за 200 грн(заранее нас не предупредили) Оплатили 5-ую часть обеда за две картонки)как-то странно..
