Convenient to shopping, clean rooms, breakfast included. Noise level from hvac too loud (and often) and causes uneasy rest. Shower hot water takes up to five minutes to activate, but excellent pressure. Overall, visited facility a few times, and great price and convenient for my needs. Room was very clean, and beds comfortable.

Staff were extremely accommodating. Underwhelming appearance of lobby and eating area. Rooms themselves were dark and clinical. Forgettable!

Immediately after getting into my room I noticed leak in the heading above the window seat and the tile was covered in water. I notified the front desk and within 10 minutes I had a new room assignment and the person who had handled my call brought me new room keys and offered to help me move! My new room, 303 had the overhead light out in the entry. Also, vent over shower needed to be cleaned or replaced. Otherwise it was a great stay!

It was nice and quiet. The wifi was down for an hour which made it hard for them to check me in. That was inconvenient,

Great hotel that is better than you'll expect, however the wifi internet didn't work when we were there which made remote work in the hotel room impossible.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Only 2 complaints...no toilet paper in our room and the toilet kept having to be plunged after every flush.

When I arrived, I asked the front desk clerk to give me a room that was private and not next to anyone. I was there for 5 nights on business and needed good nights sleep. On my 2nd night I was woken abruptly by my neighbor at 3am with extremely loud music playing and the smell of marjiuana. I was very upset that someone was placed by me when the hotel was barely occupied. That morning I went to the front desk to see if I could possibly get another room. This clerk was very helpful & I gave me a new room. The rest of my stay was quiet & very comfortable. I’m at the hotel every other week for 4 to 5 nights per stay. All I ask is a quiet, private room away from others as much as possible! This is 2nd time this has happened! Training is needed for the staff to learn how to accommodate each customer with a room they need

Had roaches in my room ask for another and got down size to a queen and still charge for the king size room i selected unprofessional front desk when i went to check in a waited at the front desk for 10-15 minutes While the clerk was watching videos on their phone …. Very unsatisfied will not return and will ask for my refund very pissed off

Our check-in and checkout was handled professionally. Our rep was Kyle. He made sure we were aware of all of the amenities and their locations. This was our best reception since we started using the Microtel.
