The hotel conditions are okay, that is, the small city of Kamamiya is relatively less crowded. To go to Hakone, you have to take a car to Odawara City and then back up.

Hotel Indigo was recommended to us by a co-worker. She raved about how much she enjoy her stay, so we decided to visit for our Anniversary. We loved everything about this hotel from check in to check out, everything was amazing. The hotel staff always made us feel welcome, by greeting us (by name most of the time) whenever we were out and about in the hotel. Hannah checked us in. She was nice and provided us with information about the area. We had the breakfast included in our stay. The restaurant manager Koji-san was awesome. While not a picky eater, I do like my eggs cooked a certain way...lol.. On the first day of breakfast, my eggs were not cooked to my liking. When my plate was taken, Koji-san noticed that I did not eat my eggs. He immediately came to our table and inquired about the eggs. I told him that they were too soft for me. He apologized and asked if I had enough to eat and said that he would like to try again the next morning. I thought this was such a kind gesture. For the next 4 days, my eggs were cooked exactly how I like them. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It is a bit pricey, but the chef is very good. The salmon and asparagus were my favorites. Our anniversary was on the 22nd and we received a call from the front desk asking if they could bring us a gift for our anniversary. They brought us an assortment of sweet treats, which we enjoyed with a cup of tea. Very sweet. Our room was spacious, clean with the perfect temperature. The television was the largest that I have seen a Japanese hotel. Our room was on the riverside with a private outdoor onsen. While relaxing in the onsen, you can hear the calming sounds of the river. There is also a foot soak in the garden area. it was a bit to cold outside for me, so I didn't get to enjoy it on this stay. The hotel was cleaned thoroughly and safety precautions were taken. All of staff wore masks and for breakfast, we were provided with gloves to get continental items from the buffet. All tables were wiped down immediately after a party left and were socially distanced. The hotel is in close proximity to just about everything. During our 5 day stay, we visited The Open Air Museum, the Venetian Glass Garden, Gora Park, and The Red Gate of Peace. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our next stay in the Spring.

We used the Fuji Hakone pass and will have to stay one night in the Hakone area. We picked this hotel because it’s right next to the Gora station and later on we also found out that the bus stop to take the bus to Fuji area was just next to the hotel. They helped us to keep our luggage before we went further to Owakudani and Lake Ashi. Food is fantastic. We have dinner and breakfast at the common dining area. They didn’t offer free drinks like other onsen hotels might do. We stayed at the room with outdoor bath and found out later before the trip that the water is not real onsen water but regular water. However, with the location, this is unbeatable.

To enjoy the Infinity Pool we got up at 6 am. The facilities have a very chic design, black and gray with modern Zen lines. The view was great but wouldn't be in bad weather. Only 2 smaller jacuzzis and 5 sunbeds. Already it was pretty packed with young 20 somethings. The sunset should be fantastic. The onsen was a floor below, a large square indoor bath and one outdoor with wooden slats covering the whole view but letting in air. Nothing special. The fitness room was still closed and so was the lobby bar (Covid). We arrived after eating in Enoshima. We had a seaside room with a balcony but no seating on it; our daughter+kids had a mountain view): a smaller room with no balcony, less space and parking lot view. Our plan did include the infinity pool/onsen admission (after the Long Beach summer season closed). Breakfast was fantastic-something for everyone in a bright sunny room with ocean-view. Parking costs ¥1000.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes. The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough. Absolutely a encore accommodation.

Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need. The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space. There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk). Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am. We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

Always welcome and breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and clean, and it is a twin room that can spend relaxing. The pajamas are nice and easy to wear in blue gray clothes, and the large bath of artificial hot springs is clean itself, and the garden over the glass is healing fatigue! dinner is delicious, so you can cheer your tired body! There is a coin laundry, so you can wash it while entering the hot springs. If you put it in the dryer, you can return to the room and finish the drying if you have non billiard TV time. There is Lawson nearby and it is 24 hours empty. Next to it is the workman shop open from 7 a.m. In front of the hotel, the supermarket Berg is open until 24 o'clock on the other side of the COCO restaurant. It is very convenient! It is our parent and child's regular inn when going to Isehara! I'm glad that parking is free!

GGuest UserIt was obvious from arrival that this hotel is brilliantly managed. In a clean and beautifully decorated reception area we were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Our room was spotless, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and everything you could possibly need, even including bilingual TV!! I think the view improves the higher the floor, so aim for the highest of the twelve levels you can get! We were only able to stay one night, so couldn’t experience all of the countless facilities, but we absolutely loved the amazing and Brilliantly designed Bade centre with its beautiful swimming pool complex, impressive fitness centre and hot spring baths!! We had sunny but cool weather but swam outdoors in the heated pool area!! Brilliant!! There is a lounge area that serves a variety of food with specialities and themes. It’s very nice and has a well stocked bar, but it isn’t cheap!! Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, but “expensive”!! The buffet dinner though is good value with a wide range of tasty international dishes to suit all tastes! Go to the buffet for dinner!! The breakfast too was international and delicious. The dining room service was unbelievably friendly, thoughtful and professional!! Have no worries about choosing this hotel!

GGuest UserWe used it for a single night. It is a hotel near the station, but I don't hear the sound of the train and I think it is a relatively quiet environment. However, the walls of the room are thin, so I heard the sound of the voice and the door opening and closing from the corridor. The room I stayed in was room 719, and it was a room where the elevator was always heard. Thanks to the nerves, the nerves are reduced and the sleep is insufficient (-_-) The room was not so large, so the air conditioner was very good and comfortable. It is good that the bed is large and there is a reading light on the pillow. Cleanliness is perfect. Breakfast is distributed in the lobby on the first floor from around 6:30 in the morning, and you can eat it even if you bring it to your room. There are several types of lunch boxes, I think it was good to be able to choose according to my preference. In addition to lunch boxes, there were drinks, miso soup and salad.

LluxduanHighly recommended as a hotel before going to Hakone! Good location! 1. It is close to Odawara Station, very convenient to get in and out! At least one side of the room can see the sea! 2. The shops and restaurants on the station are very convenient! There are also many restaurants to choose from nearby, and the atmosphere is very strong 3. You can visit Odawara Ancient City in about 15 minutes 4. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach Breakfast is OK. There are hot springs to soak in It's just a small problem. Although the hotel is connected to the station, you can't see the sign pointing to the hotel after exiting the station. You need to ask a few people to reach the hotel front desk. But it is still highly recommended

GGUANGQINGBooked a family room. I was stunned when I checked in. The room was oversized and there were 4 double beds in it. I thought it was a dormitory? In addition, the bathroom is actually outside, which is a bit inconvenient. If these requirements are not high, and you want to experience the feeling of old-fashioned Japanese house, then it is good to choose his home.

GGuest UserThis is a small hotel, the first floor is a small bar, the boss should be two big men, very kind. Although it is two big men, the rooms on the second floor are super clean. The room has no bathroom. It is a Japanese-style floor. You can spread the mats to sleep. This is what I like. Two showers are very clean, one bathroom is also, everything is like at home, do it yourself. Hotels booked in Trip.com, but overseas still do not use domestic software, download an agoda, book a hotel is convenient and cheap, do not need to fill in a lot of personal information like domestic.

GGuest UserBusiness hotel near Odawara Station. There is also a convenience store on the way in about 3 minutes walk from the east exit, and it is perfect for the front and rear nights at the starting point of the trip using Shinkansen, limited Express dancers and romance cars. Some of the old facilities can be covered with the convenience of the location. Amenities other than towels and toothbrushes are troublesome to need to be received at the front desk without the room, and the bathroom is quite small, but it is a business hotel near the station It's not a problem. The problem was that the bathroom was not cleaned, and the hair was attached to the bathtub and dirty and wet. Also, the pillow sheets were attached with lipstick-like dirt, and they were uncomfortable and could not be used. Did you use it in day youth? It was very uncomfortable to see that it was not cleaned. Only the location should be praised.
