The managers are so kind. And Odawara Castle is right in front of the accommodation, so you can enjoy the sunset with a cup of coffee. The condition of the room is clean and nice. It's a cherry blossom festival right now, and the atmosphere is very good.
However, the shower facility is connected to the room, so it can be a little cluttered.
Let's stop by this place.
I have a plan to visit next time.

The hotel is not far from the station and next to Odawara Castle. The staff I met were also friendly and willing to help. There are separate rooms for men and women, so I feel at ease.

The room we stayed on on the second floor was okay, suitable in size, relatively cozy, and located directly opposite Odawara Castle. But the sound insulation is really bad. Two Japanese people in the next room kept chatting late at night, as if they were talking in my room. I didn't sleep much all night, and the bathroom was a shower with plenty of water and very hot. Check-in at the front desk requires you to fill in some procedures, which is a bit cumbersome. I probably won't stay here again next time.

Good value for money.
Fully self-service check-in avoids the trouble of language barrier, but there is quite a lot to fill in.
Check out is before 11 o'clock, which is much easier than other ten o'clock.
The location is quite good, just outside Gakushu Bridge and into Odawara Castle.
Although the room is small, it is well-equipped with basic cooking utensils.
Small flaws, the curtains are not light-blocking enough, not friendly to people who like to sleep in. There is a strange smell in the bathroom and I can't find the source.
