It was obvious from arrival that this hotel is brilliantly managed. In a clean and beautifully decorated reception area we were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner. Our room was spotless, well designed and comfortable with a fantastic view of the ocean and everything you could possibly need, even including bilingual TV!! I think the view improves the higher the floor, so aim for the highest of the twelve levels you can get! We were only able to stay one night, so couldn’t experience all of the countless facilities, but we absolutely loved the amazing and Brilliantly designed Bade centre with its beautiful swimming pool complex, impressive fitness centre and hot spring baths!! We had sunny but cool weather but swam outdoors in the heated pool area!! Brilliant!! There is a lounge area that serves a variety of food with specialities and themes. It’s very nice and has a well stocked bar, but it isn’t cheap!! Friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, but “expensive”!! The buffet dinner though is good value with a wide range of tasty international dishes to suit all tastes! Go to the buffet for dinner!! The breakfast too was international and delicious. The dining room service was unbelievably friendly, thoughtful and professional!! Have no worries about choosing this hotel!

We used the Fuji Hakone pass and will have to stay one night in the Hakone area. We picked this hotel because it’s right next to the Gora station and later on we also found out that the bus stop to take the bus to Fuji area was just next to the hotel. They helped us to keep our luggage before we went further to Owakudani and Lake Ashi. Food is fantastic. We have dinner and breakfast at the common dining area. They didn’t offer free drinks like other onsen hotels might do. We stayed at the room with outdoor bath and found out later before the trip that the water is not real onsen water but regular water. However, with the location, this is unbeatable.

Impressed by the infinity pool design of outdoor onsen on 6/F. Can watch sunrise with stunning view. Need to confirm if can go in for the morning during your stay as they switch gender for every day. It’s not a problem if you are staying for two nights.
Food is nice and breakfast buffet has wide variety of dishes. Free shuttle bus is available to Garo station every 30mins.

To enjoy the Infinity Pool we got up at 6 am. The facilities have a very chic design, black and gray with modern Zen lines. The view was great but wouldn't be in bad weather. Only 2 smaller jacuzzis and 5 sunbeds. Already it was pretty packed with young 20 somethings. The sunset should be fantastic. The onsen was a floor below, a large square indoor bath and one outdoor with wooden slats covering the whole view but letting in air. Nothing special. The fitness room was still closed and so was the lobby bar (Covid). We arrived after eating in Enoshima. We had a seaside room with a balcony but no seating on it; our daughter+kids had a mountain view): a smaller room with no balcony, less space and parking lot view. Our plan did include the infinity pool/onsen admission (after the Long Beach summer season closed). Breakfast was fantastic-something for everyone in a bright sunny room with ocean-view. Parking costs ¥1000.

Service: There are two Chinese clerks who can speak Chinese, and the service attitude is very good. There is a pick-up and drop-off service, but it needs to be booked in advance. The pick-up and drop-off range is only to Lake Ashi and the station.
Environment: The environment is very good. The Japanese-style room can directly see Lake Ashi, but the way up the mountain is really difficult. If you take the bus, the interval is half an hour. And if you go up by yourself, you need to read the street signs. The road from the bus station to the hotel is If there is no signal, you cannot use navigation. It is more suitable for people who like mountain climbing or adventure. Because it is really high, it is not recommended for those who are afraid of heights to walk by themselves.
Hygiene: The living room and room are very clean. There are quilt covers, but you need to pay attention to laying them yourself. If you don't use a quilt cover, you may be charged extra, but after all, it is in the mountains, so there will be some bugs, such as small spiders.
Facilities: The hot springs are separated for men and women. There are two pools, both indoors and outdoors. There is no difference. However, if you go outdoors at night, there will be bugs attracted by the lights. There is no bath in the room, it is together with the hot spring, and slippers are required to enter the entrance hall (especially Japanese-style rooms), and there is a beverage machine next to it.

I was able to stay at this hotel at a very reasonable price using the Goto campaign and Kanagawa prefecture discount. Because it was a Saturday night, it was a success with almost full customers. <Good points> ・The taste of dinner was normal, but the number of items was large and I was full. Also, it was nice to have a menu.・The customer service of the front desk and restaurant employees was good.・I was able to use the ice machine and massage machine on the 3rd floor. <Disadvantages> ・I was surprised at the difference between the photo on the website and the actual room. Unlike the photos, it was old, dull, and the scratches on the walls had not been repaired.・The facilities are old, and the extension phone in the room was a dial type, which surprised me.・Do you smoke in the room? It was stinky with the smell of. For this reason, we had to open the windows for about 3 hours to ventilate ourselves. The room was ventilated while the heating was on, but if it was a cold season, I would have liked it to be ventilated in advance.・The wireless WiFi was very slow and could not be used during busy times.・Because of the work schedule of the employees, the meal time was fixed, dinner was early at 18:00 and breakfast was late at 8:00. Always welcome and breakfast is delicious, the room is clean and clean, and it is a twin room that can spend relaxing. Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need.
The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space.
There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk).
Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am.
We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

The whole accommodation experience is very good, the environment is really beautiful, the BBQ and campfire at night are very relaxing, family and friends are very satisfied, and it is very close to the Shiguoyu Observatory, and there is a different scenery in a few minutes.
The berth is wide and friendly to self-driving travelers, but the entrance is slightly narrow, driving a vehicle the size of Alphard may be a bit difficult, but it should be enough.
Absolutely a encore accommodation.

GGuest UserWe used it for a single night. It is a hotel near the station, but I don't hear the sound of the train and I think it is a relatively quiet environment. However, the walls of the room are thin, so I heard the sound of the voice and the door opening and closing from the corridor. The room I stayed in was room 719, and it was a room where the elevator was always heard. Thanks to the nerves, the nerves are reduced and the sleep is insufficient (-_-) The room was not so large, so the air conditioner was very good and comfortable. It is good that the bed is large and there is a reading light on the pillow. Cleanliness is perfect. Breakfast is distributed in the lobby on the first floor from around 6:30 in the morning, and you can eat it even if you bring it to your room. There are several types of lunch boxes, I think it was good to be able to choose according to my preference. In addition to lunch boxes, there were drinks, miso soup and salad.

GGUANGQINGBooked a family room. I was stunned when I checked in. The room was oversized and there were 4 double beds in it. I thought it was a dormitory? In addition, the bathroom is actually outside, which is a bit inconvenient. If these requirements are not high, and you want to experience the feeling of old-fashioned Japanese house, then it is good to choose his home.

There is also a convenience store on the way in about 3 minutes walk from the east exit, and it is perfect for the front and rear nights at the starting point of the trip using Shinkansen, limited Express dancers and romance cars. Some of the old facilities can be covered with the convenience of the location. Amenities other than towels and toothbrushes are troublesome to need to be received at the front desk without the room, and the bathroom is quite small, but it is a business hotel near the station It's not a problem. The problem was that the bathroom was not cleaned, and the hair was attached to the bathtub and dirty and wet. Also, the pillow sheets were attached with lipstick-like dirt, and they were uncomfortable and could not be used. Did you use it in day youth? It was very uncomfortable to see that it was not cleaned. Only the location should be praised.
