The main floor also has a fully stocked eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and screened in porch. The large porch has incredible lake views as well as plenty of room for sitting, eating, relaxing and watching TV. Downstairs has a large den with ample seating and a futon that sleeps 2. The TV console has games, puzzles and books for you to enjoy. All 3 bedrooms downstairs have queen size beds with 2 of the bedrooms having beautiful lake views. Two roll away beds are located downstairs as well. Outdoor patio located downstairs with a table for dining and a fire pit just steps away. All firewood is provided by the owner. The lot has a gentle slope to the water. There is a dock platform that has seating, a place for sunbathing and the floating dock slip for your boat. This house was completely remodeled in 2021. At 3000 sq ft, it provides ample space. The kitchen is fully stocked. Nestled in a quiet cove that feeds into lake Keowee, it’s a kayaker’s dream. The house comes equipped kayaks and paddle boards. Kayak to hidden waterfalls right up the creek! Enjoy the nights in a private hot tub on the deck or cozy up by the fire pit. The master bath includes dual shower heads and a heated bidet toilet seat.Clemson University is 16 miles away. We have a 70” TV in the “Clemson” room and a 55” in the living room. Direct tv included and fiber optic high speed internet. The house comes with many baby friendly essentials and includes a crib, two baby gates, a high chair and child proof locks for the cabinets. Inquire with the owner if you need to borrow a pack n play or any other baby essentials. The house is on Cane Creek which feeds into Keowee. The path to the dock is very steep! At the dock the water is usually between 6-8’ but the water level fluctuates. The pontoon shown in pics is not for rent. If you have a boat, you’re welcome to tie it up to the side of the dock. If the lake level is low, there are some very shallow spots that can be tough to navigate. There are various boat rentals available on lake keowee. The nearest boat ramp is seven miles, about a ten min drive. It’s called Cane Creek Landing.You can swim off the dock however after a rain storm, the water can be murky.
