Turtle Towers

Worst experience ever we was advised that the property had wheelchair access bathroom had handrails and it was not wheelchair accessible or wheelchair friendly in anyway . We had to squeeze wheelchair into the lift wheelchair could not get into the bathroom. There was no handrails even if the wheelchair could get into the bathroom. The bed was too high. Property was dirty. The booking had wine which was not in the room. The bed was too high, so my partner had to sleep on the two seater sofa at 6 foot seven very uncomfortable, but it was too late for us to find alternative accommodation. Get hold of the host got hold of the person in charge of the property who could not get hold of the host so we had no choice but to stay in Property access the bathroom. My partner could not access the bathroom so had to pee in a bottle. The following morning at 6 am we started receiving calls from the host telling us we should have found alternative accommodation at 10:30 pm after being back-and-forth for two hours with the person in charge of the property then at 6 am when we received a call from the owner, we was asked to leave the property immediately

The first unit I was checked into was not good.. I was moved to another unit after 3 days or so, which was excellent..

The security would not let me in at the gate because I could not give her a room number I was staying, even though I showed her my reservation. I waited 40 mins for the manager to arrive before I cloud enter my room. Poor service

This condo apartment was a dump. Toilets running, shower dripping, tv was on its last legs, stove was gross and burners were collapsed into the stove. There were no blankets , only sheets that didn’t fit the old beds. 3 cupboards full of gross pots and pans but no dishes and no cutlery. I had to ask for a coffee maker prior to arriving The floors corners were dirty. We were given 3 bath towels for 2 weeks. And no hand towels. No dish soap one dish cloth one tea towel. This place isn’t worth $20 per day Let alone what we had to pay Do not stay in 45c in Turtle towers
