Room was satisfactory for the time we were there. However, the noise in the surrounding rooms made the experience poor. People playing loud music to all hours of the night and morning and slamming doors was ridiculous! The noise was so bad a couple of nights that my sister and I couldn’t sleep and had to turn on our TV to try to drown out the noise!
Please police this, implement a “quiet time” policy, and address offenders!

It has been 14 days since I checked out. Today I checked my credit card again to see if the deposit had been refunded, but I didn't see any refund. I have spent two times checking and then contacted Ctrip customer service. Is such overdue deposit refund theft? Is there any penalty? Don't book this rubbish hotel again.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good, and I can often hear noises from outside. It's very close to the main road, and there's a gas station next to it, so there were always sounds of vehicles in the middle of the night. The good thing is that you can walk to a convenience store.

Do not recommend
They charged my credit card twice for the room and it's a been a hassle to get a refund. The room was very noisy and bright at night. There were no curtains to block out the bright parking lot lights (only shudders that didn't close all the way). The faucet leaked terribly. Otherwise, the room was clean and updated.

Very pleasant to stay at. What was noisy was the traffic. We were very close to an intersection.
Other then, it was a pleasant place to stay at. Would stay here again.

It was perfect for our weekend visit. The room was clean and updated. The location is very convenient to anything you'd want to do as well. I'd book here again for sure.

I would definitely stay here again. I like how there is a Starbucks across the street. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating.
