Hotel was dirty . Our bathroom had so much hair on the shower wall and drain . Room had dirty floors and slider was so dirty you could not see out of . No coffee , decaf only ( old worn out packet ). We had no towels , had to go to front desk . Old bagels left in the kitchen area . Interesting that reviews were all 8 and 10. One from last week saying restaurant was wonderful ( restaurant has been closed for some time ). These are fake reviews . Have lost confidence in ******* after this stay and no Devin’s .

Stayed 2 nights great room just needs to be deep cleaned and shampoo the carpets and update the sofa and chairs there very out dated. Kitchen and bathrooms were decent just needed deep clean

It’s very clean, reasonably priced, and the staff is extremely friendly. The beds are comfy. There are so many dining options in the immediate area. It’s my new “go to” place!!!

Terrible! Hard beds and pillows. Lumpy polyester quilts. Chipped paint everywhere--walls, doorways, furniture. Way too expensive for what I got.

Was good. Could have been better if there had been shampoo and hand soap in the bathroom. Luckily we had baby wash with us, so we used that for the shower.

The staff were stupendous, friendly and helpful. There was a glitch in our reservation and we had to change rooms, but the staff went above and beyond on what was a very busy weekend. All of the properties in Ocean Shores are struggling and it they are all a little worse for wear. But the beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Parking was great. Their restaurant has closed - but we had a full fridge, stove - kitchen and that was great. Even the smaller rooms seemed to have a kitchenette. I’d stay here again

The place is really run down. Items missing like hand soap, kitchen towels, dish rags. Stained sink and bath tub. Toulet seat needs replaced.

Cute, nice room, lovely staff, the pool was actually deep enough to swim in unlike many others. The main elevator was a little scary and had a weird smell, otherwise it was super nice! The room was very spacious and nice, Beds were comfortable.
