Excellent location, close to the sea. It's the rainy season now and water is dripping from several places in the hall, including the kitchen. The breakfast options are quite rich, but the dripping water in the place where the food is placed affects the mood of eating. I hope that the house will be ready when I stay next time. The room is spacious and the heating is powerful.

We had a gew glitches in the beginning. Customer service worked with us the best they could. We did enjoy watching the King Tides in room 322, but stayed in 312.

I go to Ocean Shores a few times a year and have stayed at many hotels on this *****. This was my first time at BayVue, and honestly I chose it because it was lower priced. I was very pleasantly surprised. The common areas are beautiful and were lovingly decorated. The staff were super friendly. Everything was clean. Everything in the room was good except that it was very cold when I arrived. I went for a long swim while the room heated up. The pool area was nice (but also pretty cold) and the water was at an ideal temperature.
The only issue I had was that the Wifi didn't work. I got a good connection, but both of my devices said there was no internet available on the network. The staff tried but were unable to help with this. Fortunately I didn't need much data while I was there, so this wasn't a huge problem. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't speak to that.

I don't know about the hotel conditions because they canceled my reservation for me. The pool & hot tub were closed. closed.
