The view from our room was fantastic. We could view the ocean and the deer walking around the neighborhood. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. The staff was outstanding and worked to please the guests.

It's an excellent place but no cell signals and WiFi is very very bad even you have to purchase it from 3rd party company

We were on the first floor, outside entrance, had 2 electric wall heaters, one mattress on a 4x4 wood bae, no second mattress, people walking by on ground all day long floor looking in to room with double glass sliding doors. Refrigerator made noise in freezer during the night which woke us up. Left 3 days early.

Great staff and freshly remodeled in 2025. The Surfside inn is pretty remote and no where near downtown, but if you want beautiful views and quiet relaxation this is a perfect place to stay. It's definitely a place for adults without children, unless your kids only expect to go to the beach or swim in the indoor pool. There isn't anything around for them to do unless they golf, fish or clam dig otherwise.

Surfside inn is a really nice spot to stay. You are away from the traffic and tourism of Long Beach, but close enough to plenty of things to do and see. The beach feels private this far in. My only complaints were the beds were uncomfortable and too soft. I also would have liked to not be on the ground floor, as I couldn't see the ocean, so definitely ask for 2nd or 3rd floor. Each room faces the water and has a balcony, so you can listen to the ocean 24/7! This is a great place to stay and very relaxing. Staff are friendly!

The room walls were so DIRTY. The door was all banged up, paint chipping, old dungy feel, the pool was green and dirty. the only 3 good things were being right by the airport, the front desk people were very nice, and the beds were comfy. So disgusting and disappointed.

Very nice quiet location on the Washington coast…Best part are the sunsets and the deer….lots of deer in the area and not afraid of people…golf course across the parking lot has great home made sandwiches…small grocery store very close ..just across the street

Pluses and minuses. Pluses: All the rooms face the ocean, but being on the bottom floor we couldn't actually see it. The town is quiet and beautiful, saw deer wandering through the property. The condo setup is nice as we could cook in the room when we wanted to and had ample space. It was very clean. Minuses: They charge for WIFI and cell service is spotty so basically you're forced to pay for it or stand at the edge of the parking lot in the rain to get access on your phone. The fitness center doesn't open until 8am. Why bother at that point, I've already showered and started my day. There is no access to the elevators after 10pm. Kind of a weird set up. As other reviews pointed out, it is a bit noisy. Overall, if you get a good deal, it's worth it, otherwise look for something closer to Long Beach with free WIFI and 24 hour fitness center.
