"I came to their sea view room, but it was too early at night, so it was already dark at the hotel, thinking about getting up early the next day to watch the sunrise, then catching up with the rain, so I changed to listen to the rain in the hotel, sitting on the balcony, Listening to the rain and looking at the picture book of Ocean City, it has a special flavor. Two minutes walk from the hotel is the beach. The room is large in size and well equipped, with sofas, small tables, balcony"

"The check-in was easy and the attendant was very pleasant. The room was clean, however the hallways, stairways and elevator appeared to not have been vacuumed for a few days. Being beachfront, having hallways and stairways that are carpeted, or the rooms for that matter, is not a good idea. Even though the room was clean, you could feel the dampness in the carpet. Not a pleasant feeling."

"Nice mid-town location. In house restaurant was super convenient. We stayed in the winter and used the indoor pool and game room. All the staff we encountered were super nice and gave the kids hot chocolate, which I thought was sweet. Older hotel which shows in the hallways, but the room interior has some updates and seems super clean overall. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need! For the price it was perfect! Will absolutely stay again!"

"Everything went perfectly smooth the hot tub was my favorite part at being 8 months pregnant definitely love how they gave us unlimited towels without any questions I'm definitely particular I don't like wet damp or the feeling on my skin..
Even though I took us an hour almost to get checked in with only one lady behind the counter she did an amazing job she handled herself very well being under pressure.
I definitely recommend and will stay here again next year for our anniversary"

GGuest UserGreat place to stay with a family on the Ocean City beach. This hotel is located in a more quiet section of the boardwalk. Has excellent amenities and activities for kids. Kids eat free at the restaurants and great service by the pools. Housekeeping was really backed up with cleaning the rooms as it was a busy time but they got to my room every day.

GGuest UserThe service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

GGuest UserTook the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78.
Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan.
The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests.
Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

Everything that you need is just near the area. Their breakfast is a top-tier 💯❤️ will definitely go back on this property 🥰

GGuest UserLocation is great, right in the boardwalk. The pool and jacuzzi were great too. The balcony had a high top table, with great views.
Downside: Even though the room has a kitchen, there were no utensils or pots/pans or anything for the kitchen. Huge downside since we took items to make breakfast. There was a coffee maker and sugar but the machine was super dirty.

GGuest UserEverything was great! ”Peaches” was our check in girl and she was so sweet and kind. Above and beyond welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable except the beds are a little bit firm. Staff were knowledgable with every question we asked throughout our stay. The walk to the beach is quicker then it takes the red light to change. On check out day we asked if it would be ok if we left the car in the parking lot and hang out at the pool for a few hours before heading home, and they were perfectly cool with that. the roof top pool is so nice with a bar and constant breeze. We reserve a ”Bay front” room, but we unexpectedly had a really nice view of the bay from our room. These are the reasons I've been coming back the Princess Bayside for years.

GGuest UserThe Hotel says it has a on site restaurant, but it is closed down. That’s one of the reasons that I booked it. Had to go out and find a place for breakfast and coffee in the mornings. The hotel is very outdated.
