Very disappointed on how they mentioned that indoor pool is heated and which it wasnt. The water temperature was literally 40 degree instead of 80. One of the honest staff member said only 1 heater was working. So, if you decide to go here make sure you guys have

Staff was uninformed and gave us the wrong directions on how to go the room. We ended up on a floor which was under construction and had no signs for under construction or hard hat. Went back to the from desk for directions.
Extra bath room in the condo was not draining. Room water temperature was Luke warm. No hot showers. Phone on the room did not work and false fire alarm in the hotel did not help when we had to vacate to the ground floor from the 20th floor. Good experience was that we are upgraded to the condo which had all the issues as narrated above.

Very good rooms... the bad thing is that the pool heating did not work well and the water and the a**osphere were too cold for our liking.

Fire alarm went off and had to leave for an hour. Also not allowed to use the pool from 9-10am because it’s adult swim even if the pool is empty. They made my kids wait until 10am meanwhile the pool remained empty.

newly renovated room . beautiful. good price however phone didn’t work due to renovations, testing of fire alarms 2 mornings at 830-900 until 200. every 2-3 minutes. parking good. no advance warning of fire alarm testing when made reservation 😠 said done renovations in may 2024. may go back it seems front desk not interested in customers needs or concerns

Stayed here while having work done at my house , this used to be a nice hotel!! No more hot tub, the beds are stiff, and i ended my trip with seeing a little critter running across then underneath the counter into the gap between the cabinet and countertop. Will not be staying here again, was in a rush to get out and didn’t have a chance to talk to somebody about this.

The resort was very clean. The food was delicious at the tiki bar. The pool was the perfect place to relax.

This was our second time at princess royal in Ocean City. It is very recently remodeled , the room was brand new inside and fully updated with a kitchen and appliances. This was an off season visit and the weather was cold outside but the atrium was warm and spacious, the indoor pool was perfect and popular with families. Family friendly activities included a juggler teaching kids. Restaurants across the street and a real grocery store one block away. We go to O.C. several times a year for long weekends and I think Princess Royal is just perfect for my family.
