The property is in a good place. It desperately needs updating. It’s like someone put lipstick on a pig. There were many moldy places inside the room especially on the ceiling. It seems the entire area is older, but there needs to be some major renovations to make this more comfortable and clean feeling.

The room was clean, but it was small for the amount of furniture that was in the room which made it hard for a family of 4. The TV had 35 channels and literally 28 of them was the news or sports, that made it hard when it was time to settle down for the night.

The room was very large with 2 queens and a bunk bed. The location is perfect. Would stay again.

Decent place for the price. No pool here. but Ocean is right out the front just a block or so away! Good italian resturant which serves breakfast is just in front on boardwalk! Try them out. Rooms clean and good side views of Ocean

Not the most up to date and definitely no frills but we found it to be clean and comfortable. All employees we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. Location was excellent and we really liked the covered parking.

It was on the boardwalk and close to the beach. We had a leaking refrigerator and our room was only cleaned twice.

Pro: right on the boardwalk. We had room 406 (2 beds, balcony, partial ocean view). Fairly clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
Con: you pay for the location, surely.
Parking is a nigh**are. Inner spaces are for "compact cars" yet trucks and large suvs parked there. Staff does nothing to correct it. Parking is limited so if it's full, you have to park across the street, crossing over baltimore ave. Which is a pain. Esp when youre paying for the location.
Tip: bring a smaller car if you can.
Overall, room was decent and balcony was great. Parking was my own major issue.
