This beautiful condo is on the 6th floor right on the beach. Go out on the balcony and look at the beautiful ocean and beach! Go to the front sunroom and you can see the bay!! It’s the best of both worlds!! You have 1 bedroom with a king size bed and 1 queen sleep sofa. You have a full size kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. There is a TV in the bedroom and in the living room with cable. You have a nice big ocean front pool / deck with lounge chairs and table you can see from your room as well + walk off the pool deck onto the beach. You are right across from Gold Coast Mall also. You need to bring your own linens and towels. You need to bring all your own toiletries and bathroom needs. Unit is being sanitized after every renter. Remember that Wi-Fi is included from June to September.

Great week in Ocean City!
My family of 4 had the best time in Ocean City! This condo was perfect. It was right on the beach and also had a pool. My kids were going back and forth all day long. So much to do in the area, the boardwalk is about 20 minutes down the road, there’s shops everywhere, putt putt, grocery stores and lots of restaurants -we didn’t have one bad meal! The condo had a king bed and Queen sofa bed which were very comfy. The kitchen had all necessities and the condo had a washer and dryer too which was great! Tor was a great host who truly cares about his guests. He always responded quickly with any questions we had and he even gave us a whole bunch of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Ocean City. Hands down, a great condo and a wonderful host! We will definitely be back, and we be booking this condo again!

Great unit as advertised
If you are looking for a great getaway to OC this unit is the best for a couple or a small family with young children
The location is perfect. I’ve visited OC 23 times in my life and my wife and I have always stayed in this building. We felt this unit is one of the best cared for units we’ve ever stayed in
Whether it is the beach access, direct oceanfront view or the hospitality of the owner you will not be disappointed
Furniture was new, King Bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen items required for weeks stay were all present
Lastly I can’t thank the owner enough for making sure our stay was enjoyable
Great unit, owned and operated by even better owners
