Ocala Hotels with Swimming Pools

We evacuated to the Ocala Hilton during Milton. The staff at the Hilton was AMAZING!! They accommodated all evacuees and their pets and made us all feel welcome. The rooms were clean, the food was very good and they even set up an indoor pet relief area!! This Hilton is a class act and the chain should give special commendation to its staff. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay during such a stressful time.

I was satisfied with your new building. Comfortable as the building next door. I didn't like that the bathrooms are much smaller and there is noo bath to bath my little ones. AC worked just fine and the beds soft. The difference between the old building and new is, there is no balcony in the new building. Otherwise, towels are still clean and the management is professional.

I traveled to ocala for a family reunion and I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean and the new breakfast is awesome! Biscuits and gravy and sausage. I always visit around this time of year and will keep coming back. Emily the manager is such a sweet person and very helpful I felt that she genuinely cared about my stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Was hesitant to book this hotel because the overall rating was less than 4.0. Not sure why. It was a 5 for my husband and me. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The lobby area nice and inviting. The EXCEPTIONAL feature was the staff. Everyone of them was so nice and super friendly, I smiled and laughed. Great stop for us. Will definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay. This time was so much better. Rooms have been remodeled. Landscaping is beautiful. We met the new GM and he was so nice to our family. This is my new place to stay anytime I am in Ocala. Very nice pool area. Every employee we came across was so nice.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, close to shops and restaurants and had everything we needed. Nice complimentary breakfast. We did not need housekeeping during our 2 night stay as everything was well stocked. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff, especially Kim, who was so helpful and made some changes to better accommodate our family. Highly recommend!

I lived in Ocala for over a year; however, a new opportunity arose across the country that required me to relocate myself and everything from my apartment. I stayed here for one night because my apartment was packed into a moving pod, and I would start my drive the following day. The hotel is situated right off of I-75 with many other hotels from all different brands, as well as a good deal of restaurants within a short drive of the hotel and two within the hotel itself. My check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk agent was polite and helpful. I took the elevator to the fifth floor and found my room, which was nestled into a corner away from the open hallway floorplan. I stayed in a standard king room. The rooms are all painted mint green with a tropical theme, which is tacky but gets the job done. The housekeeping did an excellent job here; my entire room was spotless. I would recommend that anyone in need of lodging in Ocala stay here, as I understand there are many different options, and this one will surely not disappoint!

The windows had mold visible on the edges, there was trash (a crumbled paper towel) left on the top of the closet from a past guest. When replacing flooring, consideration must be taken when selecting a baseboard. When the new baseboard is nothing but a 1 x 3 that leaves 2 problems. The previous baseboard was wider, then the walls need to be repainted. There is angle to a baseboard to reduce the need for cleaning. When nothing but a 1 x is used, you create a shelf to catch dirt. That needs continual cleaning. When I leaned on the fence around the pool it moved. Probably wouldn't prevent a child from knocking it over. We all have ants from time to time in Florida; however, either a quick spray or a pest maintenance program would cure this problem. When I come to the desk in the morning, the last thing I want to see is a clerk in either her pajamas or sweatpants and her slippers. Employees need to be dressed and ready for work. They should at least look like they are ready for work and want to take care of guests, not covered up with blankets in the back office like they are ready for bed. We were in town evaluating hotels for an upcoming wedding. We will be removing this place from our list of possibilities for guests. If this is Wyndham product, I will stay elsewhere.
