Ich glaube, ich habe hier den freundlichsten Service jemals gehabt. Super lieber Empfang und tolle Erklärungen und Ideen.

Abgesehen davon - das Hotel liegt im Herzen der kleinen Burgstadt. Das ausgelagerte Zimmer roch leider ganz leicht nach Schimmel, weswegen ich hier auch Punkte abziehe. 

Abgesehen davon war aber alles toll.

I think I've ever had the friendliest service here. Super friendly reception and great explanations and ideas.

Apart from that - the hotel is in the heart of the small castle town. Unfortunately, the outsourced room smelled slightly of mold, which is why I'm deducting points here.

Apart from that, everything was great.

Me colocaram no quarto diferente do contratado (reservei um quarto superior com varanda e fui colocado num quarto SEM varanda, 20 euros mais barato).
Achei incorreto tal atitude. 
O hotel é bom. Pequeno almoço excelente.

They put me in a different room than the one I booked (I booked a superior room with a balcony and was put in a room WITHOUT a balcony, 20 euros cheaper).

Recomendo. Estadia 5 estrelas mesmo no centro do castelo de Óbidos.
Tudo limpinho e arrumado.
Atendimento foi muito bom. Simpatia de todo o staff.
Pequeno almoço delicioso.

I recommend. 5-star stay right in the center of Óbidos Castle.
Everything clean and tidy.

They placed me in a different room than the contract (I booked a superior room with balcony and I was placed in a room without balcony, 20 euros cheaper).
I found that attitude wrong. 
The hotel is good, a good breakfast.

I recommend 5 stars stay right in the centre of the castle of Obidos.
All clean and clean.
The service was very good, the sympathy of all staff.
Delicious breakfast.
