We visited this hotel during a trip through several places in Oberbayern. We stayed for two nights. The reception was very efficient and friendly. They explained everything and gave us some nice tips. Since we traveled with a dog we asked whether we could take the dog to the dinner. They explained this was not possible in the normal dining room. But they prepared a very nice table in the bar. The food was good and the service again friendly and efficient. The room was big and nicely maintained (Comfort Room Plus). Everything was clean and working. The breakfast which was included in our room was rich and tasty. They had a very good variety of local bread and pastry. We also could charge the Electric Vehicle with newly installed wall boxes. All in all a nice stay (except the weather which was not their fault). We would come back if we return to Oberstdorf one day.

The hotel is located close to restaurants and centre of beautiful village of Oberstdorf. The hotel is a 4 star hotel so my expectations were higher. Expectations were met by the excellent buffet breakfast BUT the sleeping and "living area" of the single room I had was disappointing: There was not enough space on the floor to even lay-down my suitcase to open it with ease; and The single bed I had was too narrow, even though the Management commented that I actually had been "upgraded without cost" and that I had the "larger" single bed, after I raised my criticism. Like most hotels in Bavaria, a negative are the "flat" bed cushions, which, even if you use 2, both collapse as your head rests on them thus not providing the head support you need for good sleep

Das Hotel ist eine sehr gute Adresse für Urlaub mit Hund. Im Ort gibt es überall Tütenspender und Abfalleimer. In nur ca. 100 m Entfernung beginnt der Park, sehr gut für einen kleinen Gassigang. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut, auf Allergien wird eingegangen und Speisen sogar separat zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Auf Empfehlung habe ich 3 Nächte im Hotel Filser verbracht. Der Aufenthalt war absolut traumhaft und erholsam. Alle Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna war sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist absolut spitze und das Abendessen sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Es war ein rundum gelungener Kurzurlaub mit der Familie. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Wetter und Erholung waren perfekt. Das Frühstück lecker. Es wurde jederzeit auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Kommen gerne wieder!
