although it is a smoking free hotel, our room smelled like cigarettes smoke! the waiter (bold hair, black shirt and pants) was very rude at the dinner. as we booked halbpension, i thought that the whole buffet is included, i did not know that the small buffet by the piano is exclusively prepared for the ski group, so i wanted to scoop some mashed potatoes for my daughter. he started to yell at us. my daughter ended up crying for the potatoes and he did not bother to apologize! we've been guests of this hotel for several years but i think he already made me rethink it.

I loved my stay in Alpenhotel Oberstdorf, Outside the town, for relaxing time to spend. Room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was a wide range of food, which I liked. Also dinner has a buffet with vegetables , salads ,breads and desserts, moreover you could order your main from a la carte menu. It has a pool on the ground floor and massage room, plus a bar. All in all, a lovely place to relax and spend your holiday.

Für neue Gäste sollten mehr Informationen betreffend Wandergebiete, Erreichbarkeit usw. zur Verfügung stehen. Viele Gäste sind auch erstaunt, dass sie doch so weit entfernt von Oberstdorf sind.

Es ist ein gemütliches Hotel mit guter Lage. Service und Essen war auch gut. Oberstdorf ist nicht weit. Mit dem Allgäupass kann den Bus gratis nutzen und bekommt auch sonst Vergünstigungen für andere Dinge.

Wir haben für 3Pers 2Zi gebucht und wurden in verschiedene Häuser Bei Frage, ob nicht beide Zi in einem Haus wurde ein Angebot 20€ pro Tag Mehrkosten angeboten. Völlig daneben ! Der TV hatte nur begrenzte Anzahl Sender, das meiste lief mit Störungen. Beim Einzug kein WC Papier vorhanden. Für 4* nicht akzeptabel. Waren das 2.Mal hier und waren enttäuscht
