My daughter and I were to ski for a night at the hotel. The location, near the Betelberg station is perfect. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The general guest room with living room, dining room, TV room and bar is very generous and comfortable furnished. Helle room with balcony. The dinner from the home-authentic Asian cuisine was a great, pre-eminent service. We enjoyed the stay very much and will be happy to come back.

Don't be discouraged by the narrow, single-lane road to get up to the lodge. Everything was great, from the location, the rooms, the service and the amenities. Two Saunas, two hot tubes (wood fired!), plenty of towels and fantastic views. Not to mention the cowbell sonatas. Food and service in the restaurant was adequate, as well a the buffet breakfast. I'd recommend this to friends who wish to have an out-of-the-way site when touring the Berner Oberland.
