The rooms are modern, stylish and comfortable, a good size and very clean. The reception area and lobby is very fresh and smells lovely! Breakfast had a great variety and was being replenished all the time I was staying there for a conference and all the air-conditioning was efficient in the bedroom in the conference areas it was not very efficient (it was very hot outside) and the air felt muggy and sweaty. Made it hard to concentrate at times Location wise it is not particularly close to Munich its about 20/25 minutes in a taxi/car to the city centre.

For the fair I had to book a hotel outside because the prices were already pretty expensive. Two nights here over € 200 fair price is still perfectly well. From outside the construction does not make much, the lift has already experienced better times and the gangs narrow and narrow. Then to the great surprise the rooms are not so bad the bed very hard it does not miss anything a small desk a small chair for it but and for it there are also extra points, the bathroom is made new, see also photo. At the reception, on request, I was told that the rooms in the hotel were all made a few months ago why you didn't even highlight the pictures online is a mystery for me. The hotel would have received a star from me too if there weren't the bad cleaning service. My empty cookie bag is still on the table was left on this morning so even if it is a cheap hotel a little service you can already expect just what cleanness is about after the years of Corona.

I recently stayed at the Dorint Hotel Munich/Galin and was very pleased with the experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects, especially the comfort of the room and the overall quality of service. advantage: Spacious Rooms: The hotel rooms are very large and comfortably furnished. The spacious space makes people feel very relaxed, and they can enjoy great convenience whether they are resting or working. The beds are comfortable, the furniture is modern and the facilities are complete. Beautiful View: From the room you can enjoy the beautiful view around the hotel. Whether it's the morning sun or the night lights, they all add to the stay experience. The landscape greatly enhances the overall pleasure of staying here. Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast provided by the hotel was very rich and delicious. Whether it's a variety of breads, cheeses, hot or cold foods or fresh fruit, the selection is huge and of high quality. The breakfast environment is also very comfortable, making people enjoy a pleasant dining time. Service: The service at the hotel is excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth. Room service was also prompt and met our various needs. Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and the public areas are clean and modern. The gym and other facilities are well maintained and very easy to use. insufficient: Transportation: Although the hotel itself is excellent, transportation may be a little inconvenient if you are not driving yourself. It is recommended to plan your travel route and transportation in advance. Overall, Dorint Hotel Munich/Galin is a highly recommended accommodation option. Whether it's the comfort of the room, the view or the breakfast, it all adds to the entire stay experience. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this is an ideal place to stay.

This is conveniently located on the Garching campus, so has just become my hotel of choice when visiting one of the research institute here. The rooms have a small kitchenette, which I like. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of reasonable quality, although exactly the same very day. Note that for short stays the kitchens are by default not equipped, but you can request this for a small extra fee. The only negative point is that there are very few facilities in the area. The only restaurant open in the evening is in the next door Marriot, but it is very poor. There are no food shops, so you need to travel to Garching to buy supplies: but that is only one stop on the U-Bahn, so quite quick.

We spent here two nights because of a snow storm and all the flights from München were cancelled. We arrived from Oman and should travel immediately to Amsterdam, but our flight was cancelled due to the snow. We immediately booked this hotel. The staff was very friendly and try to help as many people as possible. They really worked over hours and the whole lobby was full of stranded travelers. I have great respect for how they did all this while being still very friendly and attentive. So great respect for the staff and they really helped us out. Hotel is quite basic and the breakfast buffet is great and there’s an enormous variety to choose from.

We had a fabulous time visiting this I believe newly opened hotel! As the lounge is only opening later this month we have received alternative offerings in the bar which were delicious. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to come back once the lounge has opened!

It’s very good, but enough issues to knock a star off. Lots of good things - very clean, modern room. Great shower. Good lighting. Comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast, with omelettes to order. Every sort of milk you could imagine (though except, oddly, we couldn’t find fresh - the one we thought was it was UHT!). Great gym on 14 floor. Internet lightning fast. The staff were friendly and gave you full attention when you were with them. Issues. Short staffed. On checkout, for example, only two staff, one of whom was on the phone … then the other could not get round an issue for a couple checking online, so had to be helped by the first. When a place is this swish, check in and out should be fast and slick. It wasn’t. Short staffed in the restaurant too: we’d booked a table but were ignored by the two staff who were covering the bar and the tables. A lot of tables and a long wait to be seated. Better training needed: at least greet and acknowledge the waiting guests. Restaurant food was ok. In the room: no access to the online hotel directory: reception didn’t really understand the problem and sent a spare remote up to us, then guessed maybe a software issue. No USB ports in the sockets, and none to loan (you could buy them apparently). (Tip: actually there there are two USB ports - on the back of the TV! They’re fiddly to reach but it can be done, and they charged a phone overnight).

Likes: Hotel was clean and quite (Good windows insulated the jet sounds quite well). Cool vibe in lobby and bar. Breakfast was good. Dislikes: 25 Euro for early check in - Why? Room was ready-to-go - High vacancy at this place... Profiteering I think. Advertised an airport shuttle online - Turns out it is only one way (hotel to airport) so add 25 Euro for taxi from MUC to hotel, plus 15 Euro to return to MUC via the shuttle - So 40 to 50 Euro extra for the Munich ”Airport Hotel” - Probably worth the few extra Euro to stay at the actual airport hotel on premise (The Hilton). Also - Hotel is sprawling, so consider this if you have any sort of mobility issue. I got little sympathy for my bad knee. It was explained that because there was a party with loud music until midnight, I had to decide between a slumber disturbed, or a hike from the lobby. May have been forgivable if they offered assistance to get to my room... Nope... In a business park with no sign outside (challenging for my cab driver to find) One darkening drape to narrow (by 30 cm) for window so a very bright morning.

This hotel is located in the efficiency area, it is convenient to have a car, and you have to pay a parking fee for staying at the hotel, 5 euros a day. Next to the gas station, there is a McDonald's. We arrived at the hotel in the evening, and the next morning, when we set off, we filled the oil. We were about 40 kilometers from the hotel to Munich Airport. We didn't expect that the 40-kilometer was a small grid (about one-tenth) less. We didn't notice it on the road. I found out when I returned the car, and later the car rental company deducted 25 euros in my credit card. If I go to add it myself, it will be 5 euros at most. Friends who rent a car, please pay attention.
