L'accueil était correct sans plus, mais la chambre N°4 petite et pas très propre était équipée d'un lit qui semblait ne pas être prévu pour deux. Les draps étaient d'une propreté douteuse pour ne pas dire sales. La salle de bain quand à elle ne comportait qu'une douche et un lavabo et pas de baignoire, ce qui ne peut donc correspondre à l'appellation "salle de bain" mais "salle d'eau". Une odeur pestilentielle issue des égouts envahissait les deux pièces toute la nuit pour parfaire le tableau, sans que la responsable daigne en tenir compte. Profitant de la proximité du cabaret "royal palace", la nuit nous a été facturée 77€, passez donc votre chemin, vous trouverez sûrement mieux ailleurs.

La gentillesse de l'accueil mériterait une 6ème étoile ☺️ Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel charmant, idéalement situé juste en face de la gare d'Obermodern (30mn en TER depuis Strasbourg) et de l'arrêt de cars, avec des liaisons pour Bouxwiller, charmant village à visiter a moins de 15/mn - l'isolation est excellente et il n'y a aucun traffic la nuit. Chambre calme et très confortable, décorée avec bonheur, salle de bain bien aménagée, propreté remarquable, et atmosphère agréable et familiale. Client depuis près de 10 ans, j'ai vu l'hôtel s'embellir au fil des années, sans jamais perdre son caractère familial qui fait son charme, rendant chaque séjour plus agréable que le précédent.

Un hôtel qui se veut simple, mais de là à ne même pas honorer de servir le petit-déjeuner et de n’avoir aucun personnel (malgré un départ peu avant 8:00 !!) c’est indigne. Surtout lorsque un écriteau invite à venir échanger. Pour les photos des draps, je caresse l’espoir que ce soit des taches indélébiles !
