周邊環境挺好的 房間內用品很一般，攜程提前溝通過帶小童入住一晚20歐 結果退房要收30歐一人，無語😓 攜程把差額退給我了

This is a wonderful little hotel run by lovely, friendly people. We really enjoyed our two nights here. It is spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful, relaxed feeling. It is set in a superb location in the Schwarzwald with lots of scenic drives nearby. The meals are delicious and so is the beer. We highly recommend this property.

Wir waren schon 3 Mal hier und dieses Mal war es leider das letzte Mal! Ich muss also meine positive Bewertung von 2023 revidieren! Bei allem Verständnis, dass Weihnachtsfeiern im Haus waren und entsprechender Stress für das Personal.... Man sollte aber dennoch die Hausgäste nicht vergessen und vor allem mit Respekt und Anstand behandeln! Oder nicht mehr Gäste annehmen, wie man auch händeln kann! Nachdem wir nach 1:20 Stunden höflich nachgefragt haben, wann wir denn mit unserem Essen rechnen können, wurde die Bedienung derart pampig- so etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt und so etwas geht überhaupt nicht! Wir sind hier ja nicht am Schnellimbiss, sondern in einem relativ hochpreisigen Restaurant! Der Ton macht die Musik!

No começo achei meio estranho porque não tinha ninguém na recepção, depois entendi a sistemática, nessa minha eurotrip foi o melhor lugar que me hospedei tudo absolutamente fantástico.
