GGuest UserThe hotel is excellent, breakfast excellent.
But that you don't get a bill when you booked over TRIP.com / ******* is not explainable! This will make the hotel NO-Go in the future because without a bill we cannot work. But not to change.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, the room was a bit worn and no longer corresponds to a 4-star standard. And the floor cleaning could have been a little more effort.
BUT: The beds were comfortable and the room otherwise clean. The bathroom was tidy and there were more than enough mirrors. Hot water comes straight away and both elevators worked perfectly.
The restaurant is closed, but there is a breakfast buffet, which we didn't use. Since we left early in the morning and came back late at night, we simply wanted the central location, a comfortable, warm bed and a hot shower.
All in all, everything we needed was there for two nights for €116.

GGuest UserOn the other hand, when we went, the elevator was broken and the outer wall was under repair. If it is not for going north, it is not recommended to live there. After all, it is still a bit far from the city of Berlin!
