The tour group picked this hotel. While it was modern, there were some things that could be just a bit better. The elevators were European-sized, so barely a person and their luggage can fit it. The location is really out of the way, with no food options within walking distance that didn't trigger my Spidey senses to stay away.. I had to Uber Eats McDonald's. The lobby did have a nice Nespresso machine, and free tissue paper packs. The breakfast buffet was average - they strangely liked to assign you to certain tables and they brought out the bacon after most of us had finished. They were building a larger golf club house next door, so maybe things will improve after that opens.

It was another stay at the Hotel. As always, great location, cleanliness and room service at a high level. The restaurant serves great breakfast lunches and dinners. An additional attraction is the golf course right next to the hotel. I recommend !!

The apartments are clean and comfortable however very basically stocked. No soaps for dishes or bathrooms. Only one set of towels and only serviced once a week. Kind of away from anything but that means it is usually quiet.

We stayed for 18 days here in Aurau. We used the hotel-apartment as a base for several day trips around Switzerland and a 5 day trip to France It was perfectly situated for trios to Bern, Basel, Interlaaken, Zurich and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. A 4 hour train ride to Paris. Staff was friendly, attentive, and delivered everything we asked for. Unit was cleaned weekly. Plenty of towels and spacious bathrooms and bedrooms. Austere, and modern interior design, comfortable. Good wifi. Laundry room downstairs. Underground parking. We had coffee and listened to birds in the mornings on the balcony that was shaded by trees along the creek below, overlooking a golf course. Gas station with a COOP grocery with late hours is a 3 minute walk away...very convenient. We will stay here again. Great place.

Hotel needs updating its worn in sll aress Carpet in room is not nice , feels dirty to walk on it Okd showerss and oudated bathroom Towel heater not working No airconditioning but they claim it is sir on Had to sleep with windows open Breakfast was nice and fresh

Das Bett ist sehr bequme Für Uns ist alles bequme❤ Unsere kinder sind sehr glücklich. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich.Wir sind mit der bisherigen Situation zufrieden.Ich hoffe immer noch,dass wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden sein werden.

Das Hotel zeichnet sich durch sehr freundliches Personal aus. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, das Restaurant nebenan ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist gut gestaltet und hat einen Balkon mit freiem Blick. Das Bett ist schon etwas durchgelegen und leider hatte das Zimmer einen komischen Geruch.

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten Kurs,die Autobahn ist so nah,dass alle Anbindungen sehr schnell waren. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker,das Rührei eine Minute länger und es wäre perfekt gewesen.Das Personal war IMMER sehr freundlich,egal wo,ob Réception, Restaurant oder per Mail. Das Essen am Abend war jeden Tag lecker und super Preis in Kombination mit dem Hotelzimmer. Wir haben es schon weiter empfohlen, danke für unseren tollen Aufenthalt 🙂
