the service is really bad: they asked me to pay upfront my bills for 5days, and they would give me the invoice when i check-out only. I said that i asked for a rate without breakfast, they said that i have to take breakfast; it is mandatory even if i didn't have time for breakfast. They banged (not knock) on my door at 9a.m on Sunday morning to scream at me that i have to EAT. I was still in bed, they tried to open my door as they were afraid that i didn't hear the BANG nor the message. I thought i had a choice to skip eating at the hotel. I had to beg to have shower gel, they might have thought that i just need a little 20cl soap for the whole week. I can go on and on and on...The desk to work was really bad. For 111EUR a day, i was expecting a better service

A group of 12 had dinner at the resort this hotel. The food and service was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Some of the group stayed at this hotel and they spoke very highly of i5. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

We were there just for a meal as part of our visit to the Passion plays. It was well organised, the food was excellent, drinks served quickly, time was of an essence as we were there during the interval. It’s a 10 - 15minute walk from the main part of the town, but there is a free bus which circulates every 20 minutes.

The Posh hotel is situated just in outskirts of the inner part of the village. It is in a nice traditional building. There is of course no lifts so you have to carry your bags one or two stairs up. Our room had a very nice view over the mountains that surrounds the village. It also had access to a large balcony. The room was rather simple, and the pluming was not OK. The water in the wash basin took a very long time to disappear and it was hard to get a decent temperature on the shower and it was not stable. You had also shower in a bathtub that I dislike. The breakfast was just OK and the dinner was dull and not very tasty.

We were in Oberammergau as part of a large group booking for the Passion Play and were allocated this hotel by the organisers . It was very good, ideally placed only 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town. Our room was a good size with a small but adequate well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was good and the two dinners that we had (one being the interval dinner during the play) were simple but very tasty. The staff were lovely and worked very hard to ensure that everyone was served quickly, in addition to several of them actually bong in the cast of the play.
