They should not be giving it away for free never mind charging- the owner thinks he is providing a ***** star experience but he is delusional - no matter whatsoever he cannot expect people to pay for this disgusting mess We work hard for holidays

The management is completely inept. The smarmy young lady at check in had reversed the names of our rooms and it took 20 minutes before they could rearrange out rooms. Then once in our suite, we heard a knock at the door and a porter started unloading luggage that did not belong to us. I told him this and our friends who were in a different wing and walking to meet us, were randomly asked if the bags belonged to them! The decor is okay but I would suggest staying at the George instead. Staff will get to know you by name. This hotel is too large and corporate for that to occur. Plus, it is located directly adjacent to the train station so it was like staying next to Penn Station in NYC.
