What a beautiful boutique house hotel! Welcomed on arrival with a glass of prosecco in a lovely large comfortable lounge. Room no. 6 was beautifully decorated with a gorgeous high back roll top bath, perfect for relaxing whilst watching a bit of tv. Robes supplied as well! Bathroom, with large walk in shower was gorgeous too. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Bed so comfortable too! Lovely large fluffy pillows. Orange juice and a pastry left in the morning outside the room, before a 2 course breakfast which was delicious, and, prepared in front of you. Cannot fault it, and I am very surprised at the less than 5 star reviews! If you're in Oban and looking for somewhere to stay, stay here!

We recently stayed at the hotel's apartment and had such a lovely time. The apartment is luxurious, beautifully set out over 2 floors, with such comfortable seating and bedding. The kitchen is very well equipped and the view from both the lounge and the bedroom is wonderful. We were welcomed by the staff and found them to be very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend a stay here. A 5* stay!

Super comfy bed and pillows. Amazing room with panoramic sea view. Lovely helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfasts. Also a lovely touch was the fruit juices along with pastries which were left outside bedroom door each morning of our stay. Another nice touch was the complimentary glass of fizz on arrival.

What an amazing stay! If you’re going to Oban be sure to book this hotel. Wonderful personal touches and welcoming service. Great decor and fabulous breakfast. Sea views sipping a glass of fizz. Great Italian dinner at sister restaurant Number 17 a must too! We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay in the 'Gorgeous Room With Sea View'. The staff was so welcoming and friendly from the minute we arrived till we left. The breakfast they offered was fresh and tasty. The morning apple juice and fresh pastries delivered to your door to get you set for your main breakfast - there was loads of choice and as one team member said 'we are feeders'. You can have as much food or little as you like! The overall property is well presented and allows you to feel right at home! The views from the lounge and bedroom are just amazing, we got lucky with the weather and got to see the sunset over the harbour! I would highly recommend this hotel and really hope to be able to return soon. The location, surroundings and service made this impeccable and I can't wait to return.

Excellent accommodation, beautifully finished. Our room was at the front with a sea view. The tea / coffee / biscuits in the room plus a glass of fizz on arrival is great. In the morning you receive pastries and juice of your choice left outside the door - nice touch (even though they got our juice order wrong). All in all a wonderful stay, we will definitely be going back!

We stayed for 2 nights in The Woodland cottage. We were welcomed by the lady at reception who showed us into the cottage. It was warm and cosy with lovely furniture and a comfortable sofa. We had the open kitchen which was well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Upstairs there was a large comfortable bed with lovely modern bedding and lighting. The ensuite was modern and shower was great, plenty of towels left and shower gel etc. Outside there's a lovely private seating area( weather wasn't great) so we didn't use this. Your only a 15 minute walk from the main shopping area. We had a lovely stay at the cottage and would return!

Excellent accommodation matched by high quality service from pleasant and courteous staff. Rooms vary in size but are well appointed and tea / coffee / biscuits provision is great as are the morning pastries and orange juice delivered to your room each morning.

My wife and I have just returned from a two night stay at No 26. We were fortunate enough to be able to upgrade to the The Gorgeous Room with Sea View. What an imaculate room with a lovely sea view out over the bay which enabled us to see the lovely sunsets. The room and furnishings could not be faulted which also applies to the staff bothe reception and catering. Croisants and orange juice outside your room at 7.30 am was a very nice touch. The breakfast that followed was excellant witha large choice. Definitely one of the best if not The Best hotels we have stayed in and we certainly will be back hopefully to celebrate my wife's birthday in May. Our thanks to all at No 26for a lovely break.
