Putu did a great job! This was a whole experience. Came in a like stone boulder left like a feather so soft :) it was worth Every euro , they brought drinks and fruits as well. We came in and we started with the hot stone sauna afterwords we had the mint sauna and after that they started to clean your whole body and after that the best massage experience I recommend this place! Sincerely Ibrahim!

Beautiful and comfortable, warm place to stay to enjoy Alanya in January. Food was great despite two restaurants were closed during winter time. Aygerim- hamam receptionist is very helpful and polite. Putu makes fantastic hamam and massage. Thank you very much! The only disadvantage is steam room with strong smell of mold and a bit depressing spa design.

I had the full spa and it was a great experience. Putu did an excellent job with the massage and in the hamam. I was fully Zen when I left. I think it was the best thing from my staying at Asia beach.

I had a very serious incident that needed medical attention immediately instead, it was minimally, taking care of by the beach and then after the words I was put in a wheelchair to go meet with guest relations. They didn't even bother to come by the beach to check how guest was doing unfortunately, the first thing we talked about was actually she talked about was they are not gonna take any responsibility of my huge injury, but I got on my feet. I ignored all of that and told her if I use my personal insurance, it's gonna be a very big problem and then investigation will occur. She did not care and she told me go ahead. I'm not scared. I went to the hospital. I got medical attention and 10 stitches later no one followed up with me to check how I was doing or even any accommodations whatsoever being in the hotel business for 20 years. I'm very surprised on their unprofessionalism and their cold sense of treatment. by the way, look out for your kids because there's zero lifeguards on duty
