Very cosy bed and apartment, very pretty view on the sea. Kind personal, very helpful and always positive. Food is also pretty nice, you can always pick what you prefer. Only missing fruits. There was also nice guy Mahsun who offered us getting a tattoo, we also visited their salon which was very high quality and the tattoos we got are very beautiful and high quality. I would recommend Da Vinci ink tattoo.

Hotel was clean and comfortable but as for the food, this was not what we expected for an all inclusive. There were set meal time and the food was plentiful but unusual. Lots of salad and various meats, ( fish, Chicken, Lamb.) But its taste was not brilliant. Sweets were good to look at but very bland flavour. Drinks were very limited: Wine was new wine and a bit rough. Beer, only Tuborg and though plentiful was a bit samey. Spirits were local and interesting#. Soft drinks were available but very limited in choice. Even the ice was rationed. No ice cream or fruit etc unless you paid for it. The market had loads of fruit but it never reached the “All Inclusive table.” No bar on the beach. Beds on the beach with umbrellas and tables were free to use. The real highlight was the fantastic Spar experience. So good that we paid for it twice in our weeks holiday. You have to give it a go, very worth the money and the professional treatment. The entertainment was very poor and seemed to be pushed together at the last minute. ## If you think Mini Bar in your room sounds good, then bear in mind it’s just an old under bench fridge to cool your two bottles per day of inclusive water. We still enjoyed ourselves though because we took a sense of humour with us. By the way, they know what Euros look like in Turkey so take them with you.

impressed with the main lobby when I first walked in it was very pretty relaxing with plenty of seating. The bed room was fine and tastefully decorated. We had a balcony with a side view of the beach and a few shops but could also see the mountains so lovely and not too noisy at night. comfy enough beds, pillows not good ,otherwise the room was fine With tea making facilities and fridge and plenty of wardrobe space, our beds were made daily and fresh towels. Lovely main atrium, plenty of seating but not bar facilities working as shown in photos, which was disappointing as that would of been lovely as it was a nice place to sit and chat but had to get drinks from upstairs. Everywhere looked clean. Staff did not speak or seem to understand much English. We did eat plenty in the restaurant but most things were very bland and to say how much fruit was available on the markets there, we did not see anything like fresh strawberries or mangoes or much variety. Nice salads were always available but not much selection of meats etc. everything looked clean , young staff were lovely and happy and trying to speak English. Not enough sun loungers round the pool until late afternoon, but plenty on the beach, with helpful staff, disappointed as had to pay at the beach bar that belonged to our hotel. But stairlift on the steps down for disabled access. Clean but rough beach to swim at mostly. Entertainment was rubbish and a little bit hit and miss, could not get free cocktails at the bar and not much choice of alcohol, not that l m a big drinker even, and had to pay after 11 pm so rubbish compared to other all inc. coffee n squash machine available all day and evening but shame no cakes in afternoon only at meal times. Did have burgers and chips available after restaurant closed at lunch. Went to the spa twice as persuaded by Abram, it was amazing, full packages tailored for us, best ever had, came back totally relaxed, absolutely brilliant and good prices. Overall if you had the extra attention to detail with things the hotel could be 5star but think only the ‘Spa’ lives up to that unfortunately, otherwise we had a lovely week but not quite as good as hoped.

We stayed at this hotel and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. One of the most important things for us was cleanliness and our rooms were cleaned daily, everything was spotless. The food was also delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The location is just perfect. The beach is directly accessible from the hotel which made everything even more relaxing. It is a great place to unwind, especially with the spa options available. A special thank you goes to the animation team because they truly brought the energy and kept the atmosphere lively all day long. There was always something fun to do from morning until evening. So many activities to enjoy and they really made our stay unforgettable. Keep up the great work. We will definitely come back. Warm greetings from the group from Bosnia.

This hotel was the best i have ever been to, the entertainment staff were top class , they helped my boyfriend give me the most perfect proposal. they have catered to my family in the best way possible, thankyou firat and kurşat for making this holiday so good, also the hotel was very clean and nice, the beds are comfortable, very nice to sleep in and the location is great

First of all – thank you for the wonderful moments! We had an amazing time. We’re truly grateful for all the care and attention. The hotel team is absolutely incredible! Special thanks to: Firat, Kursat, Volkan – you are wonderful! The hotel’s location is perfect – a beautiful promenade, clean beach, and it’s right in the city. Buses run along the promenade, making everything very accessible. All the staff are friendly, speak English, and some even speak Russian. The rooms are tidy and comfortable – everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are plenty of daily activities, both for adults and children, so there’s never a dull moment. The food was great as well – no complaints at all. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! With love and great memories, Aunt Agnė
