I stayed at this hotel, and at first everything seemed fine. However, once I turned on the air conditioning, it gave off a damp, musty odor. The room itself was poorly renovated – there were visible marks on the walls, and the door frame wasn’t properly finished, covered with paint. The minibar was not replenished; the only thing inside was a plastic bottle of water. The food was generally not good – only for about 2–3 days was it actually tasty enough for me to enjoy a proper meal. On the second-to-last day of my stay, I got terrible food poisoning. Since returning to Poland, I’ve had stomach pains for two days now and feel disgusted by food. On the positive side, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the view we got truly met my expectations.

What a great little hotel. Can't fault our 11 day stay there. Food is decent quality. The range isn't large though. Lovely and clean throughout. Staff very accommodating. A couple of negatives but we could live with them. There is no entertainment apart from two evenings in the week which we didn't bother with. Stop tap is 10pm which isn't a major issue as you stack up a couple. The music poolside gets very repetitive after a few days. Really not into Turkish rap which has some very unsuitable lyrics!

Arrived yesterday & have to say I’m So disappointed. They couldn’t find my reservation & I had to wait at bar whilst it was sorted. When it was finally done I was given 3 Single beds instead of a room for 4 people. The pool very small but I can live with that. Drinks at bar were awful. Drinks are chargeable from 10pm! No cocktails included either. The food was rubbish. Only 5 hot dishes yet 40 salad options. No bottles of water either. Then there’s the internet. It’s only free in lobby. 10 euros per person for 7days. You have to buy pool towels here. Breakfast was inedible. If you want a 2nd room key it’s an additional 15 euros. Can’t flush toilet paper either. Then last night there was a power cut. Don't think there is an honest review on here. Please think twice about your stay here.

The transfer takes 3 hours to get to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel and was put into quite a crap room with us arriving late but we was given food now the food was a sandwich but the thought was there! The staff are absolutely lovely and we got changed into a room the next day without mentioning anything. There isn't any entertainment but the bar staff are friendly and will have a laugh with you. The beach is literally a walk across a zebra crossing you really can't go wrong! You have to pay extra for the cocktails but the drinks were nice and the food at the buffet was lovely quite limited but plenty around for food. Again, this hotel was lovely, the reviews are ridiculous if you pay a small amount for a room you're going to get a crap room we paid an extra £20 on love holidays and got the best view we could ask for! Ive had such a great week here and im writing this as we're going home and i miss it already!!😢 the heat at this time was very very warm and a little unbearable but plenty of shade and the aircon is amazing! Thank you parador sky and thank you to the friendly bar staff that gave us a good time every night💞

Parador sky review We've been to Turkey loads of times, generally to hisaranou, fethiye or olu deniz, thought we would try and all inclusive in alanya for a change.... The love holidays photos, same on the other travel agent sites for this hotel are very, very misleading. The reception area is small, restaurant area is small, the pool area is very small and overcrowded. On landing we waited over 30mins for our shuttle driver to wake from the back seat of the shuttle, 1hr into the transfer we stopped in a service area for 30 mins and the passengers were advised to leave the bus to spend time in the services. Arrived at the hotel over an hour later than expected 4:20 am and our room had an issue and wouldn't be rdy until around 10 am , but we were put into another family room on a temp basis until our room was ready. This temp room was large but flaking paint on walls and ceiling. We had barely got to sleep when we were called at 7.30am to be told our other room was ready. The other room, the one we're in at the moment is a good size although based at the rear of the hotel the view is poor at best. The bathroom / shower is without a doubt the smallest we've EVER seen. The shower cubicle doesn't contain the water so it spreads on the bathroom and floor and there's no way to avoid this being walked into the bedrooms. The hotel is in a poor area and the view from the balcony isnt what anyone would want on an all inclusive holiday. While on the balcony the seating arrangements are children's patio sets! Waste of time for anyone over the age of 8. We went to make a coffee in our room ( after buying our own milk sugar coffee and water as none are supplied) and we found the inside of the kettle to be coated with rock hard noodles from previous guests 🤮 The pool area is a waste of time, too small a pool, not enough seats or loungers for th residents. Across the road the beach is saturated with fag ends and the amount of rocks and very sharp stones at the beach make it difficult to enter / exit the water. One of our boys cut his foot open on the first day. After seeing a local doctor for treatment we were told it's a common occurrence for people visiting th beach to cut thier feet. Purchased those neoprene slippers and was been a much better experience, spoilt only by the amount of litter in the water. Plastic cups , plastic bags, fag ends, crisp packets. The love holiday advert for the hotel says it has a private section of the beach just for hotel guests, this is BS. There's a sign in the reception area that says they will supply beach towels on request, we requested 4 of these on our 2nd day and they response was for 10euro per towel. Not for hire, or a refundable on return, but for purchase. You can buy beach towels for half that in any of the local shops. When vweve visited other 4 star hotels around turkey, there always been freely available bottled water in locations around the hotel. Dont xpect that here. Food in the restaur

We booked an all-inclusive week at Parador Sky Hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that our room wasn’t ready due to an electrical issue. We were told the room would be ready in two days, and in the meantime, we could stay at their sister hotel, Parador Beach. I only have good things to say about Parador Beach. The staff were really nice, the rooms were very spacious with a nice view, and the food was diverse, offering something for everyone. As compensation for the hotel swap, we received two days of free sun loungers on the beach and complimentary WiFi. After two days at Parador Beach, we were transferred to Parador Sky. The staff didn’t seem very pleasant at check-in; however, they did apologize for the hotel swap. Instead of electrical faults, we were told that the hotel was apparently full, and we hadn’t been notified of this problem before hand. Our travel rep managed to negotiate some compensation for us at Parador Sky: either two days of free WiFi or two days of free sun loungers on the beach. Eventually, the manager agreed to five days of free sun loungers, as we still had five days left of the holiday. The rooms at Parador Sky are smaller and not as modern as those at Parador Beach. There were stains on the walls, and the air conditioning was broken, making a lot of noise when it was on. There was also a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom and the smell only went away when the shower was running. The main issue at Parador Sky was the food. The food wasn’t diverse, and some of it seemed days old or spoiled. The food choices were all Turkish dishes, which isn’t ideal for picky eaters, as there were no English or American options. When we spoke to our travel rep, he negotiated with the hotel manager, who allowed us to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Parador Beach. We were very pleased with this offer, but it meant walking to the hotel three times a day for meals, since our free sun loungers were for Parador Sky Hotel's beach. Overall, the holiday wasn’t up to the standard we expected, especially considering it was an all-inclusive package. Overall, The quality of service at parador beach was far superior to the levels of parador sky. Please if you are thinking of booking parador sky. DONT!

I was little be disappointed when we arrived. We booked our holiday via love holidays. The time of closing the bar was 11 pm,but actually is 10pm.They are no midnight snacks.I will upload pictures what it says on the Love holidays and what actually it is.The beach is private, but you have to pay for sunbed. We had problem whit air-conditioning in our room( missing part) they tried to fix,but unsuccessful. On my second day we had meeting whit the guy from Love holidays,he was very helpful,we explained about the room and we get new room. The food was great! The location of the hotel is great. The reatorant is next to the pool, you can have your meal nex to the pool, which is nice. The ting which I really didn't like was the cleanliness.I knew it what I ve booked,I didn't expect fancy hotel, but I think the hotels must properly cleaning.I found some hair a couple of times in the towels. The toilets next to the reception and the pool were dirty the most of the time. The sunbeds were durty .And more.My bed sheets was not changing 4 days( I drop my makeup and the stain was they're for 4 days).I asked someone to change the sheets and they done it.At all the low cleanliness is the only thing which I couldn't accept.I want to say thank you to the menidger Ayhan, bar and restaurant staff- Ayshe,Servet,Bunyamin,Hasan H.,Bahar,Ahmed and Bekir, because they were very nice, very polite and friendly( I apologise,if I writed some names rong).

Nice hotel bit dated, rooms are fine they have air conditioning which is good as rest of hotel doesn’t. Food was good and lots of choice. Bar staff were great as were all staff and our cleaning lady she went that bit extra with bed making up swans with towels and petals and left some flowers. Entertainment was poor and only for two nights. Sunbeds there but not many although they do have some on the beach that you need to pay for along with drinks even if you are all inclusive and pay for drinks after 10pm. But it’s a lovely area the views are great of the castle, the sea and the pirate ships which we went out on around the bay it was good also the parks with fountains and the 15minute walk into town their are taxis and busses. Lots of cats that are all fed and watered by various people. Second time I’ve been to Alanya and enjoyed both times.
