Spacious room, sauna, hammam are paid, there are no slippers or kettle in the room. The hotel consists of several buildings, its own beach. The food is normal. Guests at the hotel are from different countries, mostly with children.

Honest review from a family perspective. It seems to me that people have too high expectations, and vote down, or low and vote up. From the reviews we were not that high in expectations, but we've had nothing short of a wonderful time here in start of November. I'll try to sum up something I felt I didn't know before arriving: All Inc: At beach: water, juices, coffee and one ice cream a day. No alcohols. Rest paid. At pool/restaurant/bar: water, juice, coffie, tea, beer, wine (red and white ok, rose not good to our taste). Vodka, campari, Malibu and some other local spirits. Food: buffé with what you expect from a buffé. Breakfast: serials, bread, spreads, egg, salads etc. Lunsh/dinner: salads, Turkish pizza, 4-6 dished with meat, one dish fish, pasta, rice. Always something to eat, but not the most exiting stuff. Lots of cakes. Snackbar (by pool side): nuggets, salads, Turkish pancake with cheese etc (very good) + (Children favorite food place). Clean rooms (we got main building). Aqua park, pool and Childers games very good.

Hi I just want to say thank you so much for making our holiday with kids perfect. At first I was like kids may get bored we might need to plan outings but in this hotel entertainment does not stop. Kids were kept entertained every hour. Bubba club is fantastic and animation team work so hard loved the evening shows. Food does not stop snack bar has varieties. Cleaners always on top. Spa and wellness in resort is an advantage. Aqua park is huge. You have shops outside the hotel. Beach is beautiful with lovely views. Chefs waiters work very hard. Honestly a lovely experience we will not forget. Thank you once again from UK❤️

My stay at the Bluewave Hotel in Alanya was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and well cared for. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the service is impeccable. Even during busy times, I was promptly seated and served, ensuring that I always had a place to enjoy my meals without any delay. A special mention goes to Ali Aydogan, who served us during our meals. His hospitality and cheerful demeanor made us laugh and added a delightful touch to our stay. His presence truly enhanced our experience, and compliments are due to the entire service team for their exceptional work. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options that were always to my liking. Each meal was well-prepared and flavorful, contributing significantly to the overall enjoyment of my stay. The room was another pleasant surprise. It was not only spotless and well-maintained but also more spacious than I had anticipated. The tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings created a relaxing and enjoyable environment. In summary, my experience at the Bluewave Hotel far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, friendly, and well-maintained place to stay in Alanya.

We are here first time , weather very nice, food quality excellent and various and delicious 🙏Sweets were my favourites😜Our kids love kids club activities and the playground aerea so so much😊Staff extremely friendly and kind and helpful, feel like we made friends 👍Animation team is excellent, kind, funny, helpful, really experienced ❤️

Where do i start.. Pros: The only good thing about this hotel was ENTERTAINMENT! They were really lovely and funny. Kids had loads of fun. Different activities everyday apart from disco same songs same moves.. The beach was lovely the location was very good. The only downside of this hotel was FOOD AND DRINKS! We ended up eating out most of the days because the lack of options of food was poor! Especially for kids! My son was sick after eating the fish..nearly every day they served fish and pasta.. fruits every day was apples oranges and grapefruit! the alcohol drinks were watered not alot of options at all! Cocktails were sweet and not refreshing. If it werent for entertainment this hotel would be rubbish but deffo not worth coming unless you planning to eat out and spend more money.. I am not coming back to this hotel. Kind of ruined our first ever holiday to Turkey.

WORST HOLIDAY & HOTEL. Like anywhere this hotel had mixed reviews and it’s only coming here myself that I can confirm how awful this hotel actually is. We were a party of 6 including a 2 year old and everyone of us had sickness and diarrhoea after one day of eating the food. The drinks are watered down and they also make up their own cocktails on sight using tap watered ice which is probably another reason everyone was sick. As for the bedrooms don’t even get me started on how filthy they are and old fashioned. They don’t even have a hoover when cleaning so the amount of dirt dust and bits around the hotel room is insane. They also don’t change bed sheets when cleaning your room they just re make the beds and put fancy towel art on top to make you believe they have. My partner actually stripped our beds to make a point of changing the sheets to be screamed and shouted at by the maid because it causes more washing?! The beds are rock hard so very uncomfortable, my two year old had a better night sleep in his buggy. The selling point for this hotel would be nothing but the kid’s entertainment and the swimming pool/slides. Although be careful as on my week stay, two pins were found on the floor around the children’s pool!! This hotel is definitely NOT a 4 star in fact I would be generous to give it 2 stars. You know it’s bad when 3 days in to a week holiday you’re looking a flights home!!
