We spent a week at Kaila Beach. The room was clean, the cleaning ladies replaced the towels with clean ones every day. Food in this hotel was delicious and fresh they were able to reuse products in a cool way to create other dishes. The service was nice, especially the waiter Seyhan, who was always helpful and took care of us. The only drawback is that the lady who was working on public relations promised us that there would be a prepared table - a decorated table for our friend's birthday, but unfortunately it was not done.. And lunch box was very poor looking at what the breakfasts at the hotel were like.. Great location close to the city. I think that we will back there soon

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in mid-May and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Although we couldn't welcome summer early this year due to climate change, this allowed us to spend more time inside the hotel, which made us very happy thanks to the care and attention shown by the hotel staff during this period. First and foremost, I would like to thank the hotel's Sales and Marketing Manager, Zuhal Zeybek, for providing us with the best possible conditions for our reservation. In addition to our stay in a clean, comfortable, and spacious room, the delicious food and friendly staff made our vacation much more enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel's quality of service and hospitality, we are eager to return for another stay. In particular, the kindness and sincere attention of Guest Relations Director Susanne Schwarz and her young and energetic team member Sude Gençoğlu added great value to our stay. The courtesy, sincerity, and professionalism of the team greatly impressed us. I would like to thank the entire team for making this positive experience possible and wish you continued success in your work.

I went to this hotel with my 2 friends as a groups of Muslim hijabi women we all felt safe and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and organised which is exact you need after a long journey to a hotel . They had a wide range and variety for the food and drinks , and the staff were always friendly and willing to help . As I was in a group of 3 friends, one of the hotel staff kindly offered to go out of the hotel to get us snacks, because it was late he said it was not safe for women to go out alone, we highly appreciated that. They have a good spa and pool facilities, the spa was responsibly priced . The location was great , the hotel is connected to the beach . Overall amazing experience and I have recommended this hotel to all my friends .

The hotel is very nice. Always kept very clean all the staff are very friendly aswell. They have good activities during the day where you can play darts and during the night they play bingo. Suleyman is the entertainment manger and he is very helpful and funny

This certainly is a 5 star hotel the staff were so friendly from Edgar getting us drinks at the pool. Suzanne pointing us in the right direction nothing was a bother to her beautiful lady. The room was big and exceptionally clean very comfy bed. Cleaning Lady in every morning. Some of the food was not to my taste then again I’m a very fussy eater. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we will be returning in October.

The hotel is beautiful, very welcoming and well located plenty entertainment with in the hotel and the bar staff made our holiday complete (Seyhan and Sefa) fantastic service and conversations from them both. English was superb we hope to return to the hotel as a family within the next coming years we can’t thank them enough for their help.

The food in the hotel is delicious, there is a large variety of different food to choose from so you will always have something you can eat even if you are a picky eater. Every night there is a different show, one of the nights is Turkish night which was my favourite one so far. Suleyman is a good entertainment manager who always ensures there is activities for us to do throughout the day and is a very welcoming person to talk to.

Rooms are lovely and clean. Staff are always willing to help to give you the best possible experience ☺️ lots of activities for adults & children, night entertainment was good, suitable for adults and children. The best part was winning suleyman at darts 😋

Great entertainment, they are very accommodating. Happy to accompany you to where you need to go. Suleyman was great, best staff member by far! Entertaining and accommodating. Plenty of choice with pools and places to eat. A range of free activities too. With the beach just a few minute walk away.
