We spent a week at Kaila Beach. The room was clean, the cleaning ladies replaced the towels with clean ones every day. Food in this hotel was delicious and fresh they were able to reuse products in a cool way to create other dishes. The service was nice, especially the waiter Seyhan, who was always helpful and took care of us. The only drawback is that the lady who was working on public relations promised us that there would be a prepared table - a decorated table for our friend's birthday, but unfortunately it was not done.. And lunch box was very poor looking at what the breakfasts at the hotel were like.. Great location close to the city. I think that we will back there soon

Suleyman is a great host for the entertainment, always made the games exciting and organised a good variety of night time entertainment. I especially enjoyed the darts at 11am and 3pm on a hot day in the shade! I would recommend getting involved on your stay.

Suleyman who runs the “Animation” AKA the daily and evening activities at the hotel is very fun and welcoming, he made darts a very entertaining activity and is super interactive. I love how well planned the week is and the encouragement to get involved.

Just back from 12 days in Kaila Beach Hotel. We had a Premium Room and was well worth the xtra.The Staff were excellent from start to finish especially the restaurant and the man from the guest relations desk in lobby.Three nice pools and plenty of options for people to eat and drink throughout the day.It was getting very busy towards the end of our stay but superb hotel with something for everyone.Would highly recommend this hotel in the future.

Verry good five stars hotel. Delicious food and drink. Service staff are verry frienly, expecally two mans - Seyhan and Sefa. Room service it's not verry good, they not cleaning rooms everyday, but still good. There is three inside pool, zone for kids, good snack bars.

Hotel is good, food is delicious, you can to choose much diferent food and in bar works very good barmens, especially Seyhan and Sefa is the best. Always comes and asks if everything is okay and brings cocktails if needed. Only good reviews!!

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel in mid-May and I was extremely pleased with my experience. Although we couldn't welcome summer early this year due to climate change, this allowed us to spend more time inside the hotel, which made us very happy thanks to the care and attention shown by the hotel staff during this period. First and foremost, I would like to thank the hotel's Sales and Marketing Manager, Zuhal Zeybek, for providing us with the best possible conditions for our reservation. In addition to our stay in a clean, comfortable, and spacious room, the delicious food and friendly staff made our vacation much more enjoyable. Thanks to the hotel's quality of service and hospitality, we are eager to return for another stay. In particular, the kindness and sincere attention of Guest Relations Director Susanne Schwarz and her young and energetic team member Sude Gençoğlu added great value to our stay. The courtesy, sincerity, and professionalism of the team greatly impressed us. I would like to thank the entire team for making this positive experience possible and wish you continued success in your work.

I went to this hotel with my 2 friends as a groups of Muslim hijabi women we all felt safe and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and organised which is exact you need after a long journey to a hotel . They had a wide range and variety for the food and drinks , and the staff were always friendly and willing to help . As I was in a group of 3 friends, one of the hotel staff kindly offered to go out of the hotel to get us snacks, because it was late he said it was not safe for women to go out alone, we highly appreciated that. They have a good spa and pool facilities, the spa was responsibly priced . The location was great , the hotel is connected to the beach . Overall amazing experience and I have recommended this hotel to all my friends .

The hotel is very nice. Always kept very clean all the staff are very friendly aswell. They have good activities during the day where you can play darts and during the night they play bingo. Suleyman is the entertainment manger and he is very helpful and funny
