Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

We are staying in Kaila beach hotel with 6 years old and 16 years old. Hotel has a great location, beach on one side and city centre on the other. Great entertainment for all age, aqua aerobics, darts,kids club, evening entertainment. Nisa and Irem great two girls playing with kids , doing activities. Food is very good, great selection as for the adults, as for babies. Definitely would come back here

We were staying at Kalia for 7 nights, entrance,very pleasant, staff very welcoming and helpful with all kind of information. Buffet - you will find something for everyone, a lot of choices whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, they also have a snack bar by the pool where you can order food if you get hungry in-between buffet opening hours. Amazing food, there was nothing we didn't like. Cleaners- our room was always clean tidy and fully equipped. The pool staff- friendly and always there if you need any information. Bar staff- amazing, friendly and very bubbly, definitely made our holiday better. We had a problem in our room, reported it and it was solved within minutes. Plenty activities around the hotel and great entertainment almost every night. Live singing, dancing and something for the children too. 3 pools, spa treatment,gym, mini shops, professional photographer in the hotel. Hotel is joined with the beach so you can easily get there. Great location, amazing week. Thank you so much! We shall visit again.

Kaliya Beach, Alanya — Strongly Not Recommended! The staff is completely unfriendly, indifferent, and outright rude. Special mention goes to Hasan at the reception — an utterly ill-mannered person whose face clearly says, “You all are a nuisance.” He is completely incapable of working in hospitality, and his attitude towards guests is terrible. Only those who hand a few dollars directly to the staff get any privileges. Regular guests are treated like second-class visitors. The bar officially opens at 10 AM, but some guests get drinks at 9, while others are rudely refused. The rooms are old, the renovation is clearly years old, and the air conditioner barely works. Cleanliness is average at best, with no attention to detail. The beach is tiny, crowded, and swimming is almost impossible. According to the hotel rules, sunbeds cannot be reserved with towels — they are supposed to be removed — but in reality, all sunbeds are taken, no one clears them, and it’s nearly impossible to find a spot. Overall: this hotel is only suitable for those willing to endure rude staff, a tiny crowded beach, and outdated rooms. Everyone else — absolutely not. There is mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable.

everything is beautiful and the staff are accommodating, especially Omer the animator, Omer the bartender, Irem animator, they are the best here in the hotel, also the food is very tasty and always on time. I recommend visiting this place.

We recently spent 10 nights at Hotel Kaila in Alanya as a group of 10, ages 2 to 57. While our overall experience was mostly positive, there were a few aspects that could use improvement. Arrival & Check-In: The transfer from the airport took around 2 hours and 10 minutes—longer than we remembered from when we booked, which made the late-night arrival a bit more exhausting. We arrived just after midnight to find no food options available at that time, which was disappointing after a long journey. Check-in was a bit slow, as the same staff member escorted each group to their rooms individually, so we ended up waiting around unnecessarily. Rooms & Cleanliness: Our rooms were spacious, modern, and consistently well-cleaned throughout the stay. No issues with cleanliness at all, and any problems we did have (such as a faulty room lock) were quickly resolved by the staff. The in-room safe was available at a small charge (€1.80/day), which we used for peace of mind—though we did accidentally leave it open one day and found nothing had been taken. Food & Restaurant Service: The restaurant was a highlight, with a great selection of food that suited everyone in our group—including the fussy eaters! However, we did run into some frustrations as a larger group. There were mixed messages about whether we needed to book a table in the evenings, and we were only allowed to reserve for 7:00 PM, which didn’t always work for us. Some staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to seat us together regardless of the time, but others seemed visibly annoyed or ignored us altogether. On one occasion, a waiter didn’t clear our table or even acknowledge us, which was disappointing and felt out of place considering the rest of the staff were generally very polite and attentive. Special mention to Younas in the restaurant—he was an absolute star: friendly, helpful, and always welcoming! Beach & Facilities: One of the best features of the hotel is the direct tunnel to the beach—very convenient. The beach bar offers soft drinks, beer, and some light lunch options, which was a great touch. However, rules about bringing drinks from the hotel to the beach were not enforced, despite signage, which led to some guests ignoring them completely. Pool & Sunbeds: Unfortunately, the typical “sunbed wars” were an issue here. Guests would reserve loungers at very early hours, and in one case, a family used three parasols for just two sunbeds that stayed in the shade most of the day. This kind of behavior really should be managed better by the hotel, as it eventually pushed us to do the same just to secure space—which isn’t ideal. Overall: Hotel Kaila is a clean, modern hotel with good food and helpful staff. It’s in a great location with easy beach access. While some service inconsistencies and lack of rule enforcement let it down a little, we still had a lovely stay overall.
