Trying to book a company trip for Dia de los Muertos and need several rooms. This hotel needs to do better to put patrons at ease. Was not able to book online, possibly due to the dates but when we finally got someone on the phone they kept changing the required deposits. After several messages and calls back and forth we were finally told we could use a credit to secure the reservation but at a higher rate which we assumed was to cover their credit card fees, totally understandable. But then all of a sudden they told us they wanted bank transfer ONLY and the funds are to be deposited to a different account than what is listed on their website. What made it even more sketchy is they told us upfront they would not be giving us a confirmation of our reservation. They keep changing the rules, are not clearly communicating or sending me an email with a total quote from company email and only willing to communicate via Whats APP. Something doesn't feel right about this.
