The accomodation is defínetely overpriced for what it is Rooms , furniture and facilities are old, shabby sometimes broken, and service really no up to standard (Broken parasol, swimming pool was meant to be open at 10 and was never open before 11) The hotel is allegedly pet friendly but actually is not pet welcoming: they made us pay 500 pesos extra per night for the dog bu-t they didn’t give us a bowl, or water or a small pillow for the dog but especially she could not come to the outside terrace with us while we were having breakfast, she was not allowed and she had to stay tied outside under the sun and they put us in the worse room of the hotel, upstairs from the laundry just because we had a dog, even though the hotel was empty and every morning I would be woken up by the workers there at 7am

Hermosa hacienda!! Con jardines maravillosos y servicio espectacular!! He venido varias veces y siempre me hacen sentir maravillosamente!! El lugar es tranquilo se descansa de maravilla después de los largos paseos por la ciudad y los pueblos mágicos de Oaxaca

El hotel es excelente, un oasi de paraíso en el caos de Oaxaca que es muy ruidosa siempre. Muchas plantas y arboles bien cuidados, lugar y habitaciones impecablemte limpias. Ambiente relajante ideal para descansar. El personal muy atento y amable. Un lugar un poco afuera del tiempo, con mucha paz y ninguna presión por parte de nadie, algo cada vez mas raro pero muy importante, ya no quedan lugares así , nos encanto'. Muy recomendable, aunque no este en el centro. Valen la pena los 10 minutos de traslado. No impacta de ninguna manera.
