We only went for spa services 2 facials. The girls that work there are super sweet but we didn't speak Spanish so after numerous questions got my boyfriend on the phone to translate. Good thing because we paid for 2 facials and learned the can only do 1 at a time. One of us choose a pedicure instead. My friend loved the 1.5 hr facial. My pedicure was ok different than what I'm used to in the us. The sauna/steam ceremony was a really nice surprise and treat! Would go back for it and a facial next time. The veg restaurant we had a delicious green drink. The restaurant was very plain like cafeteria.

En general el hotel tiene su belleza caminar por el será una gran experiencia, pero el primer paso en la recepción y la atención fue mala, me tocó llegar 9pm y el recepcionista grosero y el botones aún más, a pesar que vio que tenía mi maleta me entrego la plancha ahí mismo sin ayuda ni nada, casi la avienta, no tiene servicio de restaurante nocturno y como visita de negocios no me funcionó.

Arrivée de nuit. Malheureusement Pas pu tester le spa. Dîner très correct. Chambre très spacieuse et propre. Si l'on se trouve au 1 er étage il faut porter sa valise. Uniquement des escaliers... Ventilateur... mieux que rien. Un peu bruyant

Siamo stati purtroppo solo una notte, ma il rapporto qualità prezzo di questo hotel è incredibile. Una vera piscina attrezzata, spa, giardini curati, campetto da basket, ottimo ristorante vegetariano e altrettanto la colazione a buffet. Uno dei migliori ricordi del nostro viaggio in Messico!
