The service level in this hotel was so disappointing. We expected so much more. The staff were disinterested, disengaged and rude. I don’t know how it got its awards ??? That’s why we booked it . But it was truly disappointing. The hotel is placed well outside the city centre .. which caused transport problems.

I stayed at Casa Bonita Hotel & Luxuty Residence in June 2023 and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and making me feel right at home. One night while eating dinner outside there were too many dung beetles flying around and I don't like bugs, thankfully the staff swiftly moved me to their indoor dining room. Jorge is the mvp, he provided recommendations of things to see and do. Now, I have to come back to check out the Guelaguetza!

Having just spent three nights in the very quiet Junior Suite, we arrived home with great memories: loved the marble bathroom with whirlpool bath; enjoyed the pool; breakfasts were delicious and fun with the staff helping with my Spanish. The grounds are beautifully manicured-a good place to have morning coffee. While all the staff are skillful and pleasant, a special shout-out to front desk Ahmed whose superb public relation skills indicate that he has the potential to go far in life. And thanks to the general manager for taking us in the hotel vehicle on a tour of lower Centro.

Lovely 4 night stay 10-15 minutes of Oaxaca center. Rooms quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is eggs with choice of ham/chorizo/peppers and tomatoes, tortillas, beans and break with jam/butter. Quite good. We ate dinner there on our first night with basic but delicious mole selections. Staff all friendly brut manager Jorge was great and helped us with dinner reservations.

The stay was very good. The Service Quality. However, the reservation process was complicated and frustrating. I had to insist on repeated occasions to obtain information or make the reservation. There is a perceived lack of coordination, organization and communication. In the restaurant service, the severe communication problem is more than evident. Our food did not meet the requested cooking term or the expected quality. In room No. 20 there was mold on the wall above the TV. The hygiene, care and maintenance of the pool left much to be desired. The sink in room 19 appeared to have not been washed during the cleaning of the room. The Valet Parking service was very efficient and the facilities (gardens, common areas) are very nice.

Increíble lugar , totalmente renovado con una arquitectura única y diferente a cualquier hotel en Oaxaca. Esta en las afueras del centro histórico lo cual es perfecto para relajarte y tienen servicio gratuito de transporte en caso de necesitarlo . El cantabar subterráneo es de los mejores en la ciudad . Vale la pena comer en el restaurant de mariscos que tienen ya que la comida es de alta calidad y no se encuentra nada igual en los alrededores, la atención y servicio es personalizado lo cual le da un valor extra.

Desde el momento en que llegue, el personal me recibió con una calidez y amabilidad excepcionales. Cada detalle del hotel refleja un cuidado y una atención que realmente lo distinguen de otros lugares. El restaurante del hotel es una verdadera joya. La calidad de la comida es insuperable, con un menú variado que destaca por su creatividad y sabor. Los ingredientes frescos y de origen local se combinan para crear platos que son tanto una delicia para el paladar como un placer visual.
