The stay was very good. The Service Quality. However, the reservation process was complicated and frustrating. I had to insist on repeated occasions to obtain information or make the reservation. There is a perceived lack of coordination, organization and communication. In the restaurant service, the severe communication problem is more than evident. Our food did not meet the requested cooking term or the expected quality. In room No. 20 there was mold on the wall above the TV. The hygiene, care and maintenance of the pool left much to be desired. The sink in room 19 appeared to have not been washed during the cleaning of the room. The Valet Parking service was very efficient and the facilities (gardens, common areas) are very nice.
